Chapter 6: Dancing, Fun & the Truth

Your POV:

"Hey, guys. How's it-" I say as I walk into the dance studio only to stop mid-sentence when I see them lying on the wooden dance floor. "Come on, guys," I say, putting my hands on my hips in disapproval. Kai looks up at the mirror and sits up slightly.

"Oh, hey F/N," he says, as if he is innocent. I raise my eyebrow at him making him get up and letting Chen's head hit the floor.

"Ow, what was that for- F/N, lovely to see you," Chen starts to complain, changing his tone and sentence as he see's me. The rest of the boys then realise I'm here and quickly stand up, a few of them rubbing the backs of their necks as they see my disapproving look.

"Okay, don't look at us like that, we did get most of it done," Baekhyun says, stepping forward.

"Oh yeah?" I question in a challenging tone. Baekhyun nods as he walks up to me, slinging his arm around my shoulder and leading me up to the front next to the speaker, handing me a remote.

"Press play when I nod at you," he says, walking back into the centre of the room as the boys move to their positions. I watch Baekhyun as he grabs Chen's hat, putting it on his head before finally standing still. He then looks up at me but doesn't nod.

"Hey guys, are we going to make her move like the camera would?" Baekhyun suddenly asks the boys, looking to the five who are standing with him and the other six standing to the side.

"May as well," Kai says.

"Yeah, someone can move her to where she needs to stand while they're not dancing," Tao says, facing the front again. I then watch as the six boys shuffle back towards the back wall and the other six boys walk towards where I'm standing. Lu Han then moves me forward.

"We like to experiment with the camera positioning," he explains to me. I nod watching him stand in his position behind me. I then face Baekhyun's group and look at him. He nods and I press play with the remote. The music starts.

I watch as Tao starts by walking in then singing, sliding to the right before they all start moving as one. I watch them in silence until Sehun's little part comes up and steps forward, his arm stretched out, startling me, I hear Lu Han chuckle behind me. They step backwards, then forwards and that's when Baekhyun's part starts. They all do a move involving touching their crouch when Baekhyun suddenly walks forward to be in front of the group. Then Chen starts to sing. They all turn around and start stepping to the left then turning and doing some other moves with Kai sliding to the front to sing his part. I continue to watch them as the placements continue to move. Then the slow part just before the chorus starts and their movements slow down before they start doing a bit of the 'tango' then Xiumin grabs the hat off Baekhyun, placing it on his own head before the chorus kicks in, and then to start doing some more 'in ya face' dance moves.

I watch in silence as they dance to the chorus when Tao walks up to me, singing his part while turning me around and moving me to face the other six guys (lets say Lu Han's group), before walking back to join his own group. I watch as Lu Han's group starts dancing, D.O being the first one to sing and standing in the middle of the group, with Kris taking his hat then swiftly passing it to Suho. They then start moving from where they were standing and I feel a pair of hands on my shoulders direct me as they move, their ending spot being the same place as Baekhyun's groups spot. The pair of hands suddenly spin me to face them, Sehun, as their group does some actions before Sehun spins me back to face Lu Han's group as Lu Han starts singing the pre-chorus, doing different actions to Baekhyun's group when dancing to this part. D.O then sings his solo bit as the others start the movements to the chorus, joining in part way. They do the chorus with Kris ending it before they all just wonder off and the music suddenly stopping. I turn around to see Kai bending over, telling me he stopped the music.
