Guys! I'm so fucking sorry I haven't updated. Most of you are probably sooo mad /.\ . But here's the update. I'm going to try to make it as long as I can. This chapter is going to be in Sophie's point of view for the most part. Here you go guys.

After a week of getting everything situated I was ready to get our stuff in our apartment. Like I wanted to do it as soon as the papers were signed. I had already signed the papers to release me from my moms custody and to let me be my own person.

Byron, being the lovely boyfriend he is, actually helped. He carried the heavy things because God knows I'd break a bone if I tried that.

His mom got us a couch, which I'm so thankful for, which resulted in me saying 'thank you' a million times.

We hung picture frames on the wall in the living room. Most of which were photos of us from our childhood. Him with his parents and me with my dad. There was one I liked in particular of me and my dad. The one where they had bought me a horse for my birthday and I had the most surprised look on my face. I was about 6.

The one I really liked of Byron's was one where he was standing side by side with his dad in front of a race car. His dad's hand on his shoulder as they both smiled widely at the camera. He looked about 10.

After all the boxes were in the house, Byron plopped down on the couch. I stood in front of him and smiled before he grabbed my hand and yanked me down on top of him. I yelped and playfully hit his chest.

"You asshole!" I said which caused him to chuckle.

"You know I love you beautiful."

I blushed and slowly shook my head.

I let myself relax against him and his arms went around my waist. His fingers traced over my hip bones in a circle motion.

We sat there for awhile. A really long time actually.

I payed attention to the rough yet gentle motions of his fingers on my body. To the amount of times he whispered sweet nothings into my ear. To his breathing that calmed my nerves. He made me feel so safe. So protected. Like as long as he was with me, nothing would hurt me.

I don't understand how everyone could think he was so bad. He's such a nice and caring person. I know we didn't start off on the right foot nor did we wait until we knew each other better, but right now, it was all worth it.

"You wanna help me unpack the stuff in the kitchen?" I asked.

"Yea. You're not doing it by yourself." And I guess I understood his reasons.

The knives. He's cautious about that with me. He thinks I'll do something while he's not watching I guess. But I'm the same with him.

"Ok what do you want where baby girl?"

--------------

After the kitchen was set up we were both exhausted and wanted to rest. Byron ordered pizza and we put on Netflix.

In the middle of American Horror Story the doorbell rang and we knew the pizza had gotten here. Byron walked to the door and opened it, handing the dude the money. He took the pizza and the guy whispered something to Byron.

Byron's POV

"You have a pretty thing on your couch. You got lucky mate." The delivery boy said in an English accent.

"Thanks but I'd appreciate if you'd stop undressing my girlfriend with your eyes." I said and slammed the door in his face. I hate it when people do that to her. I know she's beautiful but she's mine and I'm the only one allowed to look at her like that.

I walked over to the counter and took a couple of paper plates from the cabinets. I put two pieces of pizza on each plate and then carried them over to the couch.

"What was that about?" Sophie asked when I say down.

"Nothing. Just watch Netflix."

"Byron, seriously what was that about?"

"Nothing."

"Byron stop lying and tell me!" She was up now and getting irritated.

"Sophie I said nothing now can you just drop it?"

"No I won't! You're acting strange. I don't like it when people keep things from me."

"He said something about you that I didn't like ok? I got aggravated and told him to leave." Well, most of that was true.

She sighed and sat down on my lap after taking the pizza and setting it on the coffee table. She wrapped her arms around my neck and kissed me briefly.

"Byron, you're not losing me. Trust me on this one. I love you and I'm not losing you."

"Ok...."

After eating the whole box of pizza we both passed out on the couch
