The Walking Dead Ghost Adventures

Zak's POV

"be careful guys", I said stepping over some weird liquid on the floor, "This place is contaminated, We could get sick, Majorly sick".

Swish-Swish-Thump thump...

"Dudebro What was that?!??!", Aaron screamed. "You guys that was LOUD man!! You heard that right Jay??"

"I did man, I heard that..Sounded like footsteps", Jay said Looking around for an explanation... "OH MY GOD GUYS!! I JUST SAW SOMEONE WALKING OVER THERE"

"I DID TOO!!!! COME ON!!!", I ran as fast as I could With the guys following me. 

"WHOS IN HERE?!?!? FOLLOW MY VOICE", I screamed into the thick dark atmosphere

"SHOW YOURSELF AND WE CAN HELP YOU!!!!", billy screamed as his little sister held on to him..This was her investigation too, She was cool, We talked, she's got healing powers and after lockdowns we spend time with her, and it reduces the spiritual affects on us.

"HIDING WONT HELP ANYONE!!!!!! COME OUT!", Aaron's voice echoed through the empty hospital.

"Look, I can help you... Take my energy...Talk to me.." Y/N Stepped up slowly letting go of billy..

My turn," OK LISTEN UP--"

"Shhhh Shhh Shhh!!!!", Ash cut me off.This was her first complete investigation with us too, she was holding hands with Jay.. "Look I think we should--ZAK LOOK OUT!!!!!!!!!"

"ZAK!!!" Y/N screamed my name..

MMPHH,"LET.GO!", something was trying to strangle me, I kicked my legs. Whatever it was reeked like dead meat. I saw Y/N pick up a crowbar or pipe from the ground and I felt her hit whatever was holding me.

"Grrrrrrr..", It sounded somewhat human, and it did have arms like a human but his skin was rotting and had a green touch to it... A zombie?.. No way man..

"GET DOWN!!!", A low voice yelled, it wasn't one of the guys ...then who was it?Shots fired and i felt them hit the thing trying to strangle me. I felt it let go and I sat up trying to catch my breath.

Everyone was on the floor but slowly they started getting up before I could see what the heck was tryna kill, I looked at Y/N she was lying on her stomach and then she sat up and A guy with a gun in his hand wiped the sweat off his forehead, and held his arm out to her. I cant even begin to explain him. Total jerk , i could tell, i didn't like him

"sorry beautiful, I uh..didn't mean to hurt ya....im Daryl and thats Sheriff Grimes.. You can call him Rick...."

She breathed heavily and took his hand, I got up and walked to her...

Daryl and Rick. Stupid name he looked at Y/N In a creepy way..i didnt like him looking at her like that, i could tell she was getting uncomfortable.

"Y/N". I called out..

"Zak..You're okay.." She hugged me ...I felt better already.

"Now what are you kids doing here?", Daryl asked..

"Hmph Kids..", I grumble as Y/N Pulled away.

"We investigating a haunting here... Im Aaron"

"Im Jay this is my wife Ashley." Ashley waved at Rick

"I'm billy"

"And what about you, honey..", Daryl smirked at Y/N

"Hey watch it!", I warned him. " Im Zak, She's Y/N, and WE dont need your help"

 " better watch your mouth sunshine, I just saved your damn life", Daryl snapped  back

"Hey!We don't need too fight. We need too go, now!", Rick stepped in

"Argh,....Grrrr", The gunshot rang again, This time it was gonna get Ashley and Jay..

I had to give in.... "what are we supposed to do now?",

"Hm.. Finally, Its getting late for now we need to find shelter", Rick said dusting himself off.., "Follow me.. 

"And those cameras aren't gonna be of any use in the apocalypse..." Daryl walked off..

*5 minutes later*

We had been walking forever.. No zombies..and those lunatisc leading us.. I was walking behind everyone, hands in my pocket, i was staring at the ground...

"hey..you okay?", a familiar sweet, calming voice asked me...Y/N, i could always rely on her, when no one understood me she did..

"Yea.. Im okay, You?"

"Im good",She said looking up and taking a deep breath

"Hey..I-um wanted to thank you for saving my life there. I wouldn't be alive if it wasn't for you"

"Well, thanks it was really cuz of you actually, you fought it off pretty good. The Zak bagans..The famed ghost hunter, fighting off a zombie", She laughed.

"Huh, Yea. never thought I could do that...." I said

"I knew you could, you are... capable you know.."  she smiled..

Daryl looked back and flashed Y/N a smirk and gave me a threatening look..

Y/N folded her arms over her chest..she felt insecure....uncomfortable...If we were gonna be stuck with them i had to make her feel safe... i had to "make my move"

"hey..Im here i--" I was cut off again, this time by Rick

"We get weapons and stuff here.. Daryl, patrol this area. heres some ammo." Daryl went off.

"hey we can talk alone..." I asked Y/N

"yeah sure".

I led her into what was before a patients room...

"do you feel uncomfortable around Daryl?"

"I-I do....He ugh... I dunno , he looks at me in a weird way.."

"That-- if he does that again tell me i'll beat his brains out--"

"Just no--I want you to stay with me-- I feel safe around you.....I always have but- know i really need you... Im kinda scared.."

 I sighed.. I have to protect them.. i have to protect her now.. i dont know if I can.... She cupped my face..and then i saw her beautiful eyes.. She smiled at me and she held my chin and pulled me in.. she planted a sweet kiss on my frozen lips... For a moment my heart came to life..... All my troubles melted away.... I loved her... We moved in sync as she played with my hair.. I wrapped my arms around her waist and  she wrapped her arms my neck and pulled me in deepening the kiss......... then she pulled away.. the cold feeling of doom was now long gone... i open my eyes to her wide eyed gaze piercing my eyes.. i could feel her staring into my soul.. she knew what i felt she always did.. we hugged... and i never wanted to let go......

Daryl's POV

What does she even see in him.... he cant protect her like I can.. he cant give her what i can... and that kiss .. huh he's such a rookie.... ive gotta make my move..... i like her.. maybe even love her... how do i get her attention, she flips everytime i look at her... i can show her that im stronger than he is....
