Imagine you and Zak have a sixteen year old daughter *insert daughter's name* , Zak is out on lockdown and you and *insert daughter's name* are home alone

After school..
Her: Hey mom!
You: Hi sweetie, How was school?? Anything new
Her: Umm well..
You: What...
Her: Well theres this guy...
You: Uh huh..
Her: He asked me out.. I told him that I'll ask my parents and then tell you.. *sighs* I really like him mom
You: I can tell. What are you sad about..
Her: Dad...
You: Oh.. *laughs* its ok.. You can go..
Her: *face lights up* Really?!?! OMG MOM THANK U!! *hugs*
You: Alright, come on I wanna show you something..

~Upstairs in your room~
You: Found it.. Here this is the dress I wore on my and your father's first date..
Her: Mom its beautiful!!
You: I want you to wear it tonight..
Her: Mom.. you dont have to! It'll still fit you!!
You: Thank you honey. I want you to have it..
Her: *smiles* You'll get to meet him.. He coming to pick me up.
You: Im looking forward to that..

~HE comes to pick her up~

She looked beautiful in that dress, better than you did. You hoped that he would like it as much as Zak did.. You saw yourself in her.. You met the boy, he was sweet he told you that he'd take your daughter to meet his parents after the dinner. You had a talk with his parents on the phone and they went off.

~Zak comes home~

Zak: Hey babe!
You: Hi.. *kisses him, longer than usual*
Zak: *smirks* I presume she's in bed..
You: *remembers that Zak doesnt know* Uhh..
Zak: What??
You: Nothing

Zak ran up to her room and investigated it, Her perfume, jewelry box and make up was out on her bed.. *DING DONG!!!*

Zak: *opens door*
Her: Dad?
Zak: Get in.
Her: *walks in*
You: Zak, honey.
Zak: FAMILY MEETING!!!! *goes into living room*

You and your daughter sit on the couch as Zak is walking back and forth infront of you.
Zak: Where were you? Its waaaayyyy past your curfew..
You: Honey she was out
Zak: Out with who??
Her: *stands up* Dad I love you and thats why I will honestly say.. I was out on a date with my class mate, mom's met him and talked to his parents.. im sorry..
Zak: *sighs* Its late you should get to bed..
Her: Night guys..
Zak: come here *hugs her..*

~in your bedroom~

Zak's in bed, you stand in your doorway, staring at him

Zak: what??
You: Im impressed.
Zak: *scoffs*
You: *sits on the bed with him, strokes his hair* Im proud of you baby..
Zak: *smiles* She was wearing your dress..
You: You remember??
Zak: How could I forget?
You: I love you
