"Where are you two going?" A male voice asked the two trying to sneak out. They both froze and turned to the speaker. ___ sighed in relief.

"Escaping this hellhole." Kaneki told him. The man nodded at the two and gave them an escape route.

"Haise, take care of my daughter." ___'s father told him. Kaneki looked at him with a glare. "Its Kaneki, not Haise and I can take care of what's mine."

___ smiled. She finally had him back. Her Kaneki Ken. Her father saw how happy she looked even with the current situation. He wanted her to stay happy even if he had to like that ghoul with her.

"How did you get your memories back? Arima made sure you wouldn't." He asked Kaneki. They looked around incase someone was coming.

"I made him taste my blood. He had accidentally bonded with me when we met and my blood started something within him." ___ told the old man. He nodded and lead them to a way out.

"We have to be careful. There are some cameras around along with a lot of CCG investigators." The man told the two. They nodded and followed him quietly.

"The coffee work out well for you?" He asked. ___ looked at him confused. "You knew about the plan?" She asked him. He nodded at Kaneki, "He asked me to help."

___ smiled a bit. She was finally happy. She had who she wanted for so long. Even a day without Kaneki was hell. She remembered how she lost their child. Tears gathered in her eyes at the memory and she placed her palm on her abdomen.

Kaneki watched her as she did so and smiled sadly. He knew that she had lost the child. He didn't blame anyone but himself for it. Kaneki placed his hand over her's making her look up at him.

He shook his head, "I'm sorry I left you." ___ shook her head and smiled.

"Thank you, for coming back to me. Please don't blame yourself." She said as she hugged him.

Her father looked at the two and smiled. His daughter was completely safe and happy, with Kaneki. "We have to move fast." He told the two and they nodded.

They reached an abandoned service tunnel and got in. ___'s father smiled at the two and said goodbye.

An alarm rang through the building as they separated. Kaneki grabbed ___'s hand and ran to get away from the HQ.

"I won't lose you again."
