___ and Kaneki ran out of the CCG HQ. An alarm rung inside which made them fasten their steps.

"Kaneki." ___ called, instantly grabbing his attention. His name rolled of her tongue perfectly, like silk.

"Yes?" He asked. She was starting to get a bit tired. She didn't know if she could keep up with him. After all, she wasn't always a ghoul.

"We need to find a place to hide and rest. I can't keep up so long." She told him. He nodded and immediately picked her up in his arms. ___'s eyes widened, "You'll get tired! I can run for now!"

Kaneki shook his head and smiled at her. That smile told her to let him do it. He missed her. He was without her too long.

"I want to ask you something." She told him. From the look in her eyes, he knew that they would have to take a stop somewhere.

"We need to find some place to stay." Kaneki said. ___ thought for a bit before an idea hit her, "We could ask Touka!"

Kaneki nodded and ran towards the little café he remembered from Haise's memories. They soon reached the café and walked in carefully. There were no CCG around but one couldn't be too careful.

"Touka!" ___ yelled and hugged her from behind. Touka was a bit surprised at her until she turned around and saw Kaneki standing in front of her. Touka gulped and turned to ___, "How did you escape? You had me worried ___. Why is he here? Did you bring him to do the naughty with him? You just got back from a prison!"

Kaneki pulled ___ back from Touka into his arms. "Touka, it's me." He said. Those three words had the blue haired ghoul breaking into tears. She sat down on a chair and cried. Memories of Antieku flooded into her mind.

Kaneki walked towards her and hugged her. "I'm still here, Yomo is still here, Hinami is still here and so is ___. Don't cry." He told her. Touka looked at ___ and smiled. What would've happened if ___ wasn't in their lives?

Once everyone was settled in. Kaneki and ___ filled Touka in about what had happened. "We need a place to stay." ___ said. Touka nodded and pointed up, "You both can stay in the café."

Soon they all decided to retire to their rooms. Before Kaneki could go to his room, ___ grabbed his arm and dragged him to her room. "I don't think you'll be sleeping in any other room." She said bluntly.

"I don't mind." Kaneki replied with a goofy grin.
