"Police are still trying to find this killer. He stalks women for weeks maybe even months and he strangles them with piano wire. Detective Campbell and officers are still trying to find out the killers identity but for right now it remains unknown.
In other news a car accident occurred but luckily no one was killed. Two people were injured..."

I switch off the TV as the news reporter went onto a different sad topic. "What a monster.." I muttered shaking my head.
I look at the time. I get up and go into my bathroom and brush my teeth. Afterwards I look at myself in the mirror. Long light brown hair with blue Grey eyes.
I looked away and sighed. I walked into my room. "Holy shit its cold!" I rush over to my bedroom window and close it, I stopped. When did i open the window? I asked myself. I looked out the window. Darkness. I shrug then lock the window and turn off the light then get in bed, I lay on my side and cover up.
I felt as if someone was watching me from my doorway so I lifted my head up and looked behind me. With the little light I had from the hallway I saw nothing.
Geez Luna this killer has got you paranoid I joke to myself. I take a deep breath and turn so Im facing the door. I close my eyes, as I drifted into sleep I thought I felt something touch my face softly.

BEEEP BEEEP BEEEP

My alarm went off and the annoying beeping only getting faster and louder. I quickly hit snooze then sat up and stretched. I look at the time. 7:30am is what it read. Time for me to get ready for work. Great. I shower, dress then head out for work. I decided to walk today, I usually walk but some days I just take my car.
I'm always alone, I don't have much close family, I don't have many actual friends. But I kinda prefer it that way. And I certainly wouldn't think about dating. I'm a very awkward person anyway.
I walk into the Starbucks where I work. The day so far was going like any normal day for me until one guy walked in. I watched as he walked up to the counter and leaned a little. I bit my lip. This man was tall, muscled and he wore a leather jacket. His slightly long black hair fell perfectly at the sides of his face. His dark brown eyes looked into mine, taking me off guard. He smiled.
"Can I get a grande mocha frappuchino?" I tear my eyes away. "Sure thing." I tell him the total and he pays it with a five dollar tip. I smile. "Thank you. And can I get your name?" I look up to see his expression kinda change. I could tell he was thinking of a name to use instead of his own. "John" he said. I grab the cup and write John on the outside of it.
They began making his drink. I glanced at him to find him already looking at me. I look away blushing. "How's it going, Luna?" The way he said my name sent a cold shiver down my spine. "How do you know my name?..." He seemed amused when I asked this. "Your wearing a name tag" he grins as I laugh a little and my face heats up. "Right" he gives me a cocky kind of smile as he waits for his drink. A guy in about his fourties walks up to the counter. "I would like a nice hot coffee" he says. I give him a smile and tell him the total. That's when things got crazy.
"We shouldn't have to pay for a fucking drink!! You ladies aren't even stripping or nothin so what the hell are we paying you dumb bitches for?!" He yells. My eyes grew wide and the room went silent as I felt everyone's eyes on us. "Sir I'm going to ask you to leave now. If you do not I will call the cops to escort you out" I said calmy. He just cackles at me."John.." Another worker said quietly as she handed him his drink. I felt his eyes watching us.
"Sir leave right now" as I grab the phone he spits on me and I make a disgusted sound. He laughs and crawls over the table towards me. He looked bat shit crazy at this point. 911 was on the phone and a few customers who were sitting at their tables just a moment ago enjoying their coffee had grabbed the man pulling him away from me.
"STUPID BITCH TRYING TO THROW ME OUT FOR MAKING A GOOD POINT. IT'S WOMEN LIKE YOU WHO GET STRANGLED"
The police showed up and took him out of there. I was shooken up a little. "Honestly it's people like him who end up getting their asses kicked. Don't listen to what he said" I looked up to see 'John' if that even is his name. "Your right. I shouldn't listen" I laughed nervously a little and looked at him. He gave me a smirk and I smiled a little back. He turned around and walked out of there.
