-DetectiveCampbell'sPov-

"The fourth girl was killed two nights ago, along with a 40 something year old man. Do we know anything about him?" I thought about Ibby's question. "Well he was strangled with a piano wire, this is unlike him. He always strangles women. But this man was found in an alley near Starbucks. His name is Pete Jonsie and he's had multiple incidents of harassment and assault." he nods then sighs. "must have pissed the wrong guy off.." Ibby says.
Some nerdy guy walks in and hands me an envelope. "It's for you.." He says walking out. I take it and open it. There's a card in it and I pulled it out and opened it. There's a picture of a woman with red hair and dark eyes.
"Shit..." I muttered. "I need this zoomed in, we need to find out where this girl is before she dies next". I continued as I walked out of Ibby's office. "Campbell.." I stopped and looked at him. "how many more have to die?.." I heard disappointment in his voice. many girls have died already he had every reason to. I'm even disappointed in myself honestly. "I'll stop this" I said as I walked out.

-TheWatcher'sPov-

I gave Detective Campbell till 9:00pm to try and find the girl I sent him the picture of.
It's 8:39pm and Elaina Orbison just got out of the bathroom from taking a shower. She's wearing her black robe and her red hair is still wet. I grinned as she walked out of the room. I crawled out from underneath her bed slowly not making a sound and I followed behind her. She walked downstairs into the kitchen and began making coffee.
I slowly went up behind her and grabbed her, she tried to scream and struggle but I had her and I had one of my gloved hands over her mouth.
I looked at the time. It's 8:50pm.
I got myself a cup of the coffee she was making. I sipped it.
She was tied up on the floor with tape across her mouth.
"Well since we have some time to kill. Do you want to dance?" She starts sobbing and her eyes tight shut. "Take that as a no.." I said dryly. My smile went away and I pulled her up to her feet harshly and violently. She tried to scream and I got angrier. "Fine let's cut to the chase then" I turn her around and put the piano wire around her neck and strangled her. I watched as she struggled then slowly became weaker and weaker. She went still and i watched the blood spilled from her neck and I released her, letting her lifeless body fall to the ground. "I never liked red heads that much anyway.." I muttered then laughed under my breath. I looked at the time 8:57pm.
I went into her bathroom and washed the blood off of my gloves. I started to think about Luna. I looked at myself in the mirror and grinned. I left the house for Detective Campbell to find her. This was such a fun game, he's waiting for me to fuck up but he won't have such luck. He's already the one fucking up BIG time.

-DetectiveCampbell'sPov-

"Step on it!!!" I looked at the time afraid of the events that could be occurring. 8:51pm. FUCK. I felt horrible. I'd feel even worse if another dies. I take deep breaths.
By the time we get there it's 9:00pm. Luckily I had back up with me and a swat team. I kicked down the door with my gun in my hands. It was empty. I went into the kitchen. She laid in the middle of the floor, lifeless. A cut along her neck from the wire and a pool of blood forming under her neck. She was still tied up and the tape was still over her mouth. I closed my eyes and looked away.
"Get her out of here...." I whispered. I let my arm drop to my side and I looked around for any evidence of the killer, anything that could end this. But as always he leaves the crime scene clean with no evidence. I began to get a headache and I thought of Lisa. I let her down again.
