Chapter 2

Percy POV

I have been in the hunt for three months and It has been a true Tartarus on earth and I should know. From the moment I started living with the hunt they hated me, even Thalia and know one will tell me why they all just keep saying, I should know or we don't need you or you deserved more than just Tartarus after everything you have done. Lady Artemis has been on a solo hunt for almost the whole time I have been here so now she was coming back to day and I was just finishing the last of my chores aka everyone's freaking chores just then I hear a scream and I run to see what it is as I got there it was a horde of monsters Hell hounds, Hydra's (two of them) empousai, and of course Mr. Beef-head him self the Minotaur.

The girls were doing bad so I uncapped riptide and backdraft the sword mother (Hestia) gave me and started to have and slash killing them like they were nothing when I got to the Hydra I sliced it's head off with riptide but I burned the stumped with backdraft. I then stabbed it in the heart, all in the span of six seconds and with out losing stride I decapitated the Minotaur. Finally when I was done and all the monster were killed, I went to Atlanta who was the closes wounded hunter to me with a empousai arrow sticking out of her arm. I went to her and pulled the arrow out and made the poisoned blood come out of her body before it could go to her heart. Right when I finished I got punched by both Thalia and Phoebe. Thalia was over me electricity flowing all around her body and Artemis walked out the forest and said "what the hell are you guys doing." Thalia then said "Now that your back you can throw this idiotic boy out of the hunt."

Artemis and I were looking kind of confused and she said "why do you speak to you cousin and guardian that way?" She then said "After what he did to Atlanta he is no family to me. That boy is just like his brother Orion, he raped Atlanta and don't you dear try to deny it you insolent boy." Once I heard that it all made sense how they all acted like they wanted to kill me, some even going so far as to shoot me from behind, if it wasn't for my training in the last two wars I would have been dead more than a few time. Now normally I wouldn't have gotten so mad but I was sick of everything, sick of hiding who and what I am and so sick of getting betrayed just like at camp.

Phoebe then said "Tartarus is to good for this bastard." I then laughed and said "you speak of things which you do not know and second I am going to call two people two straighten this out but when I do I am leaving either way. Also I want you all to seriously think about everything you all have said, done and put me through since I have been here and know Thalia you are right you are no family of mine after this." This got me glares from all of them but underneath you could see there fear.

I then yelled "Apollo, Aphrodite please come now!" After they flashed in I said as you are the god of truth and you and the goddess of love and beauty I need to bear witness that what I say is true and Aphro I need you to take the spell off of the top half of my body when I tell you to." they both nodded knowing exactly what I was going to do.

"Now Artemis no matter what I do as long as I don't touch any of your hunter make sure they nor you do anything to me and if I can't prove without a shadow of a doubt that I am innocent, then by all means kill me. If that comes to pass Apollo, Aphrodite as my last wish I ask that no one seek retribution for my death."

Artemis looked as if she loathed the very sight of me and she said "I will agree to your terms but your death if found guilty will be at my hands." I then started to cry and said "I hope you remember you said that after this is over." So then I took off my pants and my underwear and my shirt.

I was as naked as the day I was born. Artemis and the hunters turned away and Artemis said "you dare show the goddess of the hunt and her hunters your filthy naked body boy." Apollo then said "Artemis turn around now and I swear if you or anyone of your hunts so much as touches Percy you will be going to war with me."
