Walking down the long corridor of Skyhold, was a small and thin girl, about 19 years of age, wearing a short black shirt and tight grey linen pants. Long brown/red hair strewn messily along her shoulders and back, and a quaint expression on her face, bounding her way to the war room, to catch her father in action. She came to a stop at the large, brass and oak doors. Pawing gently at the metal handles, she pressed the side of her face against the solid wood, to try and catch the conversations. The red-headed lass smiled mischeviously as she caught news of juicy spy reports and news from faraway lands, and she leaned more into the wood to hear more, but was caught by surprise at the solid door falling with her. As it swung open, the lass fell down, hitting the ground with a thud and interupting the meeting.
"Eva-" Cullen began, as all eyes were on her. But the lass stood up, brushing excess dirt off of her and looking around. "I'm fine" she said to her father. "I am fine" she repeated, for everyone else. "Perhaps you should recruit little Eva here for spying, leliana." Josephine joked, looking across the table to the spymaster. "Perhaps so" Leliana replied with a smile. "Dont go giving her ideas, now!" Cullen protested, "She is already bound to being a warden or templar, or any other thing that involves traveling and swords" at that, they all looked to her. A small blush reached her cheeks, and she looked down. "How can I help it? Skyhold is boring now! I need some excitement!" She clenched her fists and playfully swatted the air, attempting to show off. They all chuckled, all aside from Cullen, who's eyes turned soft and sad, and a small smile (which almost immediately faded) reached his lips.
Eva glanced a confused look at her father, who she knew all to well was thinking of her mother. The red-headed young woman looked down sadly, thinking of how she never met the inquisitor. Her mother. But immediately shook away the sadness, she never even knew her, and even though everyone else seemed upset at the sight of her, or cooed over her because she shared her mothers features (aside from her nose, people always commented on how she had 'her father's nose', which she would immediately protest against, and Cullen would laugh) she would not be troubled by the past, especially a past she could not change. However, some of the elders would mistake her for her mother, despite the inquisitor being dead for 18 years, and everybody would avoid the question when asked about how she died or her personality, which annoyed Eva.
After realizing that Cassandra had spoken, Eva looked around, trying to figure out why everyone was looking at her. "Er, I'm sorry... what?" She asked, looking around. Cassandra laughed, "Short attention span, Cullen I think she takes that from you" Eva looked up, "I dont have a short attention span!" She protested, "I was just thinking!" They all laughed, even sad Cullen. "And what was so important to think about that you lost awarness?" They all looked at Eva, whom marched up to the war table, covered jer eyes with her right hand, and slammed a finger down onto the map. She uncovered her eyes, and stared down at where her finger landed, "here!" She proclaimed, and all of the gathered people gave her a weird look. "Here is where I want to go next!" She said, turning to face them. "That was what I was thinking about" she grinned innocently, refusing to admit she was thinking of the old inquisitor, because that would bring unnecessary sadness.
"You want..... to go... there?" Josephine looked at Eva in disbeleif, "Er, yeah?" The young woman frowned, cast a quick glance at the map, but looked up and grinned again. "And what, exactly, will you be doing there?" Cullen asked, suspiciously narrowing his eyes at her. "Slaying all the badguys," she said, leaning back against the table. "duh" they all stifled a laugh. "I'm afraid the only Bad guys you'll find there are the nobles" said a ginger dwarf stepping into the room, smiling at the gathered people. "what does that mean?" Eva asked, turning around to peer at the map. Realizing she had pointed to Val Royeoux, the deep red-headed young woman frowned at the map. "er, Yes..." she said. Cullen gave Varric a look, and the dwarf nodded. "come on, kid. Lets go see if Denett will let you take the horses for a run." Eva smiled, "All right!" she said happily, "And I am hardly a kid anymore" she snorted sternly. Cullen chuckled softly, "Dont remind me" he said, rather sadly. Eva walked with Varric out of the war room and down the corridor towards the stabled
