"What. Is. This!?" Eva demanded, swinging open the war room door. Cullen stood up in worry, and glanced at the paper his daughter had shoved in his line of vision. He narrowed his eyes, yet guiltly looked away. Eva clenched her teeth and refused to move her angery look away from Cullen. "Er, perhaps you two would like to speak, in private...?" Suggested Josephine, a puzzled expression on her face. Eva swung around, and shoved the form into Cassandra's hands. "You! You were supposed to make sure he didnt break his promice!" She growled. The seeker looked at the form, and then to Cullen, "What is the meaning of this?" She demanded. Lelianna frowned, and tapped Josephine on the shoulder, "lets go" the spymaster whispered to her, and they both exited the room.

Eva's angry look tore into her father, along with Cassandra's. "Its really nothing, you two are making a big deal out of nothing!" The ex-templar said to the two. "You promised Mother you would stop taking Lyrium! You were doing so good! Why, dad!?" Eva demanded answers from her father, and so did Cassandra. "Is this really what Evelyn would have wanted!?" The seeker crossed her arms. "No...I'm...I'm sorry" he sighed, "I thought you overcame this!" Eva frowned, "So did I... but some things are not easily cast aside, the lyrium.... your mother's passing drove me to it" he looked down sadly. Eva clenched her fists, but her eyes softened. "Dad..-" she was cut off by the door swinging open, "Cullen, Cassandra, you need to come, now!" Lelianna said, before dissapearing from sight. "We aren't done here" Cassandra said to the commander, before hurrying after the Spymaster. "Whats going on?" Eva asked her father, who shook his head and also left. Eva followed them all quietly, and closely, curious as to what was happening.

They exited the castle, and to the entrance, where people were crowding around a figure. The crowd broke apart where the council entered (along with Eva) but quickly reformed. Voices in conversation jumbled together, gasps and questions thrown their way. Eva's eyes peirced in between the healers and the council, and landed momentarily on a white haired elf about her age, unconscious and pale, before she was pulled gently out of the crowd by a worried hand. "Hey!" Eva snapped, and looked behind her to discover Mother Giselle. "Whats going on?" She asked the revered mother, who answered, "I cannot lie, dear child, an elven girl collapsed at the entrance. She seems not to be a threat, let us go to the courtyard" Eva frowned, and opened her mouth to protest, but decided against it, and reluctantly followed the revered mother back through the castle and into the courtyard.

After a few hours of picking weeds and tending flowers, the sun began to kiss the horizon and sink down benath the earth. Eva yawned sleepily, her tired eyes watching as the fireflies slowly revealed themselves, the darkening courtyard filling with their spectral light. "Eva?" She heard her name being called from the courtyard entrence, and turned away from the thorned rose bush she had been caring for. Lelianna was standing amidst the doorway, waving for the young girl's attention. Eva sighed, placed down a small and rusted pair of hedge clippers, and walked, (may I add, at a very slow and none rushed state, one might say she perhaps sasheyed or sauntered ), to the Spymaster.

"It's time for you to go to bed, dear girl." Lelianna said, a kind smile forming on her soft pink lips, "Lest you fall asleep amongst the rosebushes, again. " Eva didn't quite enjoy how her parental guardian had said the last word, and snorted. "What's happening? Usually father is the one who 'orders' me rest? Is he okay? Who was that elf girl?" All at once, a million questions entered the young maiden's head. Lelianna chuckled, "My, you dont spare any time, do you?" She sighed, "Everything is fine, Eva, everything will remain fine." The spymaster's voice rang with reassurence, but Eva could tell she was hiding something. Too annoyed or tired (I am quite not sure which, since she is both largely annoyed and largely tired, or maybe she just saw how pointless it would be to pester Lelianna for information) to protest or demand answers, the red haired lass allowed the Spymaster to lead her to her room.

Once they arrived, and she had settled into her room (which was formerly the old inquisitors bedroom, before Eva had inherited it) Lelianna asked Eva how she was doing. "I could be better." Eva admitted, settling into her bed. Lelianna nodded, and sat down next to her. "We are here to help you." The spymaster said, kindly brushing the loose hair from Eva's face. The young maiden smiled, and nodded to her. "Can you tell me a story?" She found herself asking. It was childish, to ask for one before sleeping, but she couldn't help it. "Of course, what would you like to hear?"

Eva knew that the spymaster was once a bard, and that she enjoyed telling stories. The young lass enjoyed listening to her tell them, as she would often sneak in hints and comments. "Can you tell me about the hero of fereldon?" Her voice was drowsy, but she was still eager to hear this. Lelianna frowned, "Why, that is a dark scary story!" She said, but immedialty smiled. "But yes, I can." And so the spymaster began the story of the human woman who started at the circle of magi, who betraywd a friend dabbling in blood magic. Who found herself at Ostagar in the company of a mabari war beast 'Cupcake' and who had found herself traveling with a witty young man named 'Alistair'. A few other grey warden recruits joined them as they ran around the kokari wilds and happened upon a young witch and old crone. After the recrution, came the battle, where the Hero Of Fereldon and Alistair went to light the beacon, and then came Loghains betrayal, and the witch and old crone they met earlier saved them from the darkspawn. Eventually a romance between the hero of fereldon and alistair took place. "What was it like?" Eva interupted to ask, Lelianna smiled. "It was adorable. Wynne, the old mage who traveled with us, at first didn't like it, but in time came to discover it was true." Eva smiled and looked up at the ceiling. "I remember one time, Allistair gave the hero of Ferledon a rose. And stumbled over himself trying to explain how he felt. Serena gave him a kiss on the cheek and he was blushing until the next day!" Eva frowned, "Serena?" The young lass never heard the Hero of Fereldon by her actual name before. Lelianna finished the story, and Eva asked what happened between Serena and Alistair. "It was a tragedy." The spymaster said with a sigh. "Alistair had to become king, there was no other way. But because Serena came from the cirlce, because she wasn't a noble, she couldnt be his queen. The two's final words with eachother were in arguement before the hero of fereldon's unfortunate..." Lelianna's eyes softened. Eva nodded and closed her own eyes. "Goodnight, Lil." She said. "Thanks for the story." She felt the spymaster get off the bed. "Oh it was no problem." She said before leaving

Eva fell asleep
