Mako: "H-Haru!?" the quiet boy stood in front of his girlfriend.

Haru: "Akane, go inside"

Aka: "Haruka, please be reasonable..."

Haru: "Don't worry, just go, I'll be right there" Akane nods and walks in, still sitting in the stairs in case anything happens. The quiet boy sits down next to his friend, he stays quiet and Makoto knew it was for him to give an explanation.

Mako: "Haru, I didn't mean that... well, I mean I sort of did... it's complicated"

Haru: "I know..."

Mako: "Y-you do? But..."

Haru: "What I would like to know is if you did have feelings for her, you would've told me sooner"

Mako: "I didn't want her to feel awkward or forced to be with someone else..."

Haru: "You didn't have to force her, you didn't have to make her feel awkward either, you could've just asked her out or simply tell her sooner, I'm sure you would've been with her by now..."

Mako: "But you love her, right?" as soon as Haruka heard this, he paused.

Haru: "I-I do... but, it... doesn't matter, you still would've tried"

Mako: "How long has it been like that, Haru? Because if that's the occasion then we probably would've had a competition and in the end nobody wins... you won fair and square"

Haru: "Well... I just felt bad for her but after a while I guess I thought otherwise, but I tried for that to never cross my mind so it wouldn't get in the way whenever I swim"

Mako: "And yet your feelings beat it to the punch"

Haru: "Yeah, I guess so..."

Mako: "Haru, I'm sorry about what happened... I really didn't mean to"

Haru: "Its fine, I know you didn't mean to, besides if you were lying, I would've known"

Mako: "What?" Haruka looked up at the night sky.

Haru: "Well, let's see how she'll react after all this, knowing her she would feel awkward for a while"

Aka: "So not true!" she whispered behind the door.

After a while, Akane walked outside.

Aka: "Haruka-kun, I can't sleep..." Haruka stood up and sighed.

Haru: "We'll talk in a few"

Mako: "Yeah..." Akane waves goodbye and walks in almost feeling awkward anyways, Haruka enters and closes the door.

Aka: "So how was it?"

Haru: "Well, you were listening, what do you think?"

Aka: "Wha-

Haru: "I know you were there, Akane"

Aka: "Oh whatever..." she admitted herself in defeat while crossing her arms.

A while later after watching TV, they head back to bed since they were sleepy already.

Aka: "Haruka, we should go out more..." she said between yawns.

Haru: "Why do you say that?" she yawns again.

Aka: "Well, I just thought maybe we can get to know more about each other..."

Haru: "Um, sure... but just letting you know I already know so much about you"

Aka: "But I don't know allot about you, I mean I know allot but not enough, like maybe your parents for instance, when am I going to get to meet them?"
