Tae got home and seen the box on her bed. She was curious, so she opened it and on all of the stuff was a rose and card saying

PS, I got you a lil some foe da party, so get dressed, cause im comin' at 10. See ya lata baybeh'. Stop smiling so hard damn, lmao.

She almost cried because she never expected August to do something like that for her. Happy was an understatement for how Tae felt. After she seen all the stuff she called him up.

"Wassup ma." He answered on the second ring.

"Baee." She whined. "You dont have to wait till 10, I'm ready now. I'll be waiting for you. By the way yes I'lll be yo baybeh foreal foreal."

With that the call was ended. He came not even 10 minutes later.

Tae got up and ran out, hugged and kissed him. August had on all white too, they looked dope together.

They headed to the party where they would meet everyone.

Meanwhile.. Nala is getting ready, she's leaving out the door.

Nala was driving, but her mind couldnt stop thinking about Brody. It was 10pm when she pulled up.

Nala had on all black but some parts you could see her body, but in all she was drop dead beautiful. Some items were red since red was her favorite color.

Nala walked up the steps into the party and spotted her friends, she greeted them. 

"Heey peeps, how yall feelin?"

All answers were faded and slurred, but she got that some were good.

"Already, yall done got in some shit?"

"Giirl shut the fuck up, here come Brody walking in."  Tae says making Nala turn around so damn fast she almost got whiplash.

"Damn girl dont get whiplash." Carter said laughing hard but choked when Nala glared his way.

Brody walked in lookin' stunning. Black on black, bred 11's red & black, LV belt, biggest buckle anyone has ever seen.

He starts walkin over to people he knows. The squad..

"Squad!" He yells happy as fuck to see them and that he won the game.

"Wazzam woe."

"Wassup boss man."

"Hey brody." Tae and Kiya called after.

He looks at Nala whos acting like she didnt notice his arrival.

"Wassup Nala." He decides to speak first.

"Oh, hey Brody." She says getting back to her phone.

"Can I talk to you for a minute alone?"

She looks confused, but nevertheless she went.

"Yea, lead the way."

Grabbing her hand, he walks outside. Still even outside you can hear the music. They stand by his car and talk.

"You dont like me huh?"

"I never said I didnt." 

"So you do like me?"

"I never said that neither, dont flatter yourself Brody." She smirked.

"Look Im not finna go back and forth with you on no petty bullshit. I'm out here talkin to you cause Im feelin you, been feelin that way since the first day I seen and talked to you. The only shit I hated was that we were just alike. Single and doin our own shit and just not givin a fuck. When I heard about you and Justin, I aint gone lie I was pissed the fuck off. But I had to remember you aint mines, well you wasnt. Then at the mall I had to notice like she doing shit, so Ima do my shit. But look I even told da boys I would drop all these thots for you, thats not a problem. Even tho being with me aint easy I aint perfect Im always tempted, but come hell and high water I will do it for you and to be clear I AM THE HELL AND THE HIGH WATER (livs dad from scandal lol). I like you Na, and Im over these niggas thats chasin you. I feel Im the only one that can and is supposed to. You stand up to me everybody else just sit back and I love that about you."

Nala was indeed shocked cause she was feelin the same things for him. She just wanted to see if he would be bold enough to come out and express it to her.

"Everything you just said is how I feel about you. Ima be honest Brody I dont do the relationship shit cause Ion trust people. Niggas is dirty just like bitches are. I have my niggas that I talk to period. Im not finna drop shit if you not serious about it. I will if you are and Im working with you. Once I start caring and my feelings are involed, I dont play. So look I got 3 brothers I know how playa shit goes. You play me? Best believe Ima play the fuck outta you. Straight up. I like you and I think about you all the time, dont mean shit to have you off'd tho. Im not threatening you, just informing you. Im highly attracted to rude ass people like yourself that can shut me the fuck up when needed. Everybody just let me say what I want and you dont. I love that too. So wassup you think we could push past or nah?"

He smiled and nodded.
