*Justice POV*
I was doing something I shouldn't be. It wasn't with my boyfriend of three years, Craig, or Prodigy as I like to call him. I feel terrible but, he's always gone. I mean, he's making money and everything for me but, damn I need someone.
In the middle of everything, I started thinking of my Prodigy. How he loves me, treats me well, takes care of me. Remains faithful to me. I pushed the dude off of me. "Stop. I-I can't do this." I said. "What do you mean you can't do this?" He asked. "I'm engaged to your best friend! GET OUT!" I yelled at him.
He grabbed his clothes and got dressed. He kissed my lips. "I'll see you later, babe." He told me. He walked out the house and I locked the door behind him. I slid down the wall and started crying. I'm a terrible person. I can't take it. I got up and wrote a letter to Prodigy.
"Dear Prod,
I'm sorry that I did it. I regret every minute of it. I'll understand if you hate me. You have every right to. You were always working and on tour. You were gone and I let my hormones take over. I'm so so so so so so sorry. I can't apologize enough. I've been stalling saying it the whole time but, if you haven't already figured out, Prod, I cheated on you. I'm sorry, baby. If you hate me, I get it. Hopefully one day you'll forgive me. I wish you the best. I love you. I'm sorry. Here's your ring. Love, Justice Marie Tanner."
I folded it up and wrote Prodigy before setting his ring on it. Believe it or not, I haven't taken it off for a year. That's how long we've been engaged. Then I called Prod. He answered on the first ring, as always.
Prod- "Hey, baby."*Happy*
Me- "H-hey, Prod."
Prod- *Worried* "What wrong? You sound upset."
Me- "I'm sorry, I'm sorry. I love you, Prod."
Prod- "I love you too. Babe, what's going on?"
Me- "I want you to have a good life, okay?"
Prod- "Justice, what's wrong?"
Me- "It's all in the letter. I love you."
Prod- "I love you too but, what letter?"
Me- "I love you. I hope you enjoy life. I don't deserve you. Good bye, Prod."
Prod- "Baby? Wait, what's going on? I'm on my way."
I set the phone down and heard him talking still. I picked up the half full pill bottle. "Prod, I love you." I said before taking two of the pills. I continued crying as I downed the rest of them a bottle of Everclear. I laid on the couch and passed out.
*Prodigy POV*
Man, I hope my baby is okay. I was at the studio when she called me. I don't know what the hell is going on but, I heard her say, "Prod, I love you." And start crying. I heard a faint swishing sound in the background as well.
I ran in the house. "Baby! Baby! Where are you?!" I yelled running into the house, looking every where for Justice. I ran upstairs to our room. No one was there. I heard our dog, Silver, barking downstairs. Silver is a two year old pitbull. I ran downstairs.
I saw a note on the counter along with Justice's phone. I picked up her ring and read the note. I was heartbroken but, I love Justice. If she really regrets it, I can forgive her. But, it'll definitely take time. I went in the living room and Justice was passed out with a bottle of pills and Evergreen in her hands. I ran and checked her pulse. She's barely got one. I picked her up and ran to my car.
"Help! She's not breathing!" I yelled. Doctors and nurses came running. They laid her on a bed and took her back. I hope she's okay.
Skipping to when she wakes up.
"Prod?" Justice asked. I jumped up and kissed her lips quickly. "Baby, you're up." I said. I got the ring out my pocket. "I still want to marry you if you want to marry me." I told her. She smiles and nods. "Can I ask one thing?" I asked her. She nods. "Who was it? And how many times?" I asked. Her smile fades. "I-it was C-chresanto. I'm sorry." She answered. Damn, I thought he was my brother. "How many times?" I asked.
Justice teared up. "Four. Four times." She admitted. Then tears slid down my face. Justice started taking her ring off but, I stopped her and put it back on. "Do you love him?" I asked. Justice shook her head. "No, of course not. I was just lonely and he stopped by and, and things happen. I regret everything. I should have stopped him." Justice said. I smiled. "Then, I forgive you. As long as it never happens again. I love you." I told her. She smiled. "I love you too. It will NEVER happen again. Can you call him so, I can end everything." Justice told me. I handed her, her phone and she called him.
Santo- "Hey, babe. I heard you were in the hospital. I was worried."
Justice- "Santo, I am and I can't do this anymore. I love Craig."
Santo- "I know. But, you love me too, don't you?"
Justice- "No, Santo, it was all a mistake."
Santo- "I'll call you later. I have to go to my moms."
Then he hung up.
