I watched breathlessly as George Weasley mounted his broom, flying with a big swoop into the air. His flaming red hair stood out amongst the others. The quidditch match would be starting soon. It was an important match-seeing as it was for the House Cup. Slytherin against Gryffindor. I guess you can already tell what team I am rooting for-most definitely Gryffindor. For more than one reason. One, being that I am in Gryffindor. Two being that George is in Gryffindor. Three being that most all my friends are Gryffindors. Hopefully, Slytherin wouldn't stand a chance. If I were on the Quidditch team, I would probably ruin it for everyone. I could play, but not necessarily well.

"Go Gryffindor!" A few of my friends and I cheered, we could hear the Slytherins booing across the lot from us. Needless to say, we didn't care. We could hear Lee Jordan announcing all of the players and everything.

"The match starts...now!" Lee yelled, giving us a loud 'whoop!' Everything around me was happening so fast. The tension in the stadium grew as we all watched carefully to what was going on. Anything could happen. I kept my eyes on George the whole time, my heart racing in anticipation.

Time passed. Soon Gryffindor and Slytherin were tied at 200-200. The crowd 'oohed' and 'ahhed' at every little move. People were cheering harder than ever, showing their support for either the Gryffindor or Slytherin team. Most people wanted Gryffindor while only Slytherin wanted, well, Slytherin. Not surprising. Not many people liked Slytherins.

A hush filled the air as Harry neared the golden snitch. My hands trembled in excitement, we were so close to winning! Even the other players were keep an eye focused on Harry, watching, waiting.

"Can Harry catch the golden snitch before Draco?" Lee questioned, and many mixed answers came. Gryffindor! Gryffindor! Gryffindor! I chanted, a small smile playing at my lips.

Draco and Harry were neck and neck, bumping each other in hot pursuit of the snitch. Suddenly, Draco bumped Harry off his broomstick, one of Harry's hands still remained on the broom, fighting to make his way back on. The snitch disappeared and Draco was laughing and taunting Harry as he hit the ground with a thud. All the other players made their way down, sensing the game was paused. Draco sped down, I couldn't see anything in particular, but Lee's announcement made me and other Gryffindors scream in joy.

"Harry's caught the snitch!"

Fast forward to a few hours later, we were all gathered in the Gryffindor Common Room. Harry, luckily, was fine, just a little bruised. The House Cup was being passed around. Well, was being passed around until Professor McGonagall took it away.

"I'll put this with all the others," she says, beaming. "Congratulations to all of you." I could have sworn on the way out she whispered something about gloating to Professor Snape about our victory. Fred, George, and I chuckled.

George whispered something to Fred and Fred grinned, winked and nodded. George blushed a little, but grinned and winked back nonetheless. What were they talking about? I looked down at the floor as the two glanced my way.

"Heya, mate. Can I talk to you for a moment?" Fred questions, taking my arm and leading me to a secluded corner. His eyes gleamed, as if he had a secret he wanted to spill. Maybe I would be the person he spills it to.

"Oh, yeah, sure. Might as well since you already dragged me over here. You didn't even bother to hear my reply first. " I retorted, my voice dripping with sarcasm. Fred knew that I was only kidding, though.

"Of course. Well, at least I asked, even if I didn't hear your reply. Anyway, what do you think of George?" Fred grins, obviously feeling satisfied that I was blushing. "I don't think I need more of a reply than that. Look, if you like him so much, just tell him. I promise things will fall into place after that."

"How do you know that for sure?"

"Trust me. I know all things," He winked, pushing me towards his twin brother with a smirk. I sighed, my heart thumping even more madly than it did earlier at the Quidditch Match.

"Hey, George," I whispered, he turns and looks at me. A smile tugged at his lips, "Courtney," He replies. I felt frozen. He stared at me. Say something! Anything!

"Congrats on winning the house cup. I bet you're really happy about it." Stupid! That's all I said? Really? Why, of course he was happy! Everyone was.

"Yeah. I am pretty happy. Though I don't need a House Cup to make me happy, just you, Courtney." George replies, blushing. I was unsure of how to reply, but I was blushing was well. What did he mean by that?

"Thanks...," I reply, my gaze fixated on a stain on the carpet. George took my head in his hands, making me look at him.

"Courtney," He started, his hands falling at his sides. He smiled once more, "Do I make you happy?"

"Yes!" I sighed. "More than anything," I added.

"Good," He commented, kissing me lightly on the lips. Our hearts thumped together in time. It was a few seconds before we both pulled away. "I don't need a House Cup to make me happy, either, just you." I whispered.
