Chapter 3

Louise Delos Reyes~

"Hey!" I was very frightened! It was just Julie Ann after all.

"You frightened me! And shshsh! Be quiet!"

"They look cute together!" Julie Anne said.

"Shut up, they don't. Now, come on and go there and let Alden be with me and not with Maine!" I whispered.

"Okay, okay," then she went off. I came a little bit closer to where they are so I can hear their voices.

Maine Mendoza~
A girl approached to us and said, "Excuse me, may I have alden for a while, his girlfriend is waiting for him!" I thought Alden is.. Single and free?

"I don't have a girlfriend, sorry, Julie," Alden coldly said. Okay, he's cold to everyone except me.

"What? I thought you and Louise are together?" They are together?

"We're not. Never will be. I have the girl in my heart which is not Louise," Alden said. I took a sip of buko juice to calm me down. I have a strange feeling. Does my sister know everything?

"Then who? Is it her sister which is named Maine?" julie glared at me.

"Hmm.. That's a secret. I never knew they were sisters."

"Wrong choice, Alden. She looks innocent but she's not."

Alden looked at me. "Are you okay, Maine? You look pale."

"I'm okay," I tried my best to smile. Alden offered his hand so I can stand. I'm still pale. We went to my locker. "How did you know where my locker is?"

"Huh?" Alden confusingly said.

"This is my locker number!" I pointed my locker.

"Well, this is my locker," then he pointed his. Our lockers are beside each other, how come did I not see him?

"How can I not see you?" I asked. It seemed impossible for us to not see each other.

"I have no things at my locker," he opened his locker and put things in. "But now I do."

"Do you believe at her that I only look innocent on the outside and not on the inside?" I asked. Few students are in here now. I'm nervous about his answer. I shouldn't have asked.

"From your eyes," he stared at me. "No. You're very innocent."

I smiled at him. I can't believe I can meet a guy like this. I've always dreamt of a guy like him. He's handsome, gentle, everything a girl likes from a boy. "Hey, stop staring at me!" I have just realized that I am staring at him. The bell rang which made us separate. Of course there are a lot of students here. I went to my first class and saw Alden at the door. Are we classmates? It is so impossible to not see each other! Every seat was taken except the ones that I have beside me and Louise's beside hers. Alden ran and took the seat beside me and Frankie sat beside Louise.

Julie Anne: so, where did he sit?

Yeah, texting is not allowed at class but I'm at a corner so nobody will notice me at all.

Louise x Alden: no, this Arinolli sat beside me and Alden sat beside her again. What a slut!

Julie Anne: I like your Texting Name. It fits you a lot. I have actually an idea for him to sit beside you!

Louise x Alden: and Frankie beside her?

Julie Anne: Yep! Where does Alden sit? What row?

Louise x Alden: 2nd Row

Julie Anne: perfect! Show your phone while texting! Make the teacher notice it!

Louise x Alden: and why would I? I would be in office again. And I hate being grounded.

Julie Anne: no, that's not the thing. The teacher in your class is very nice so she will just make you sit in front of the class!

Louise x Alden: but what if she makes me sit somewhere else?

Julie Anne: no, trust me. Just do it! Good luck! Erase our messages first.

I didn't bother to read her last message. I showed my phone and the teacher caught me. "Louise! Put that phone down!" I ignored her. "Louise, give me that phone and sit beside Gabriel at the 3rd row."

"I don't like to be in the 3rd row. I wanna be at the 2nd row," Maine looked at me. She knew what I was thinking.

"Okay then. You sit beside Kevin and that's my final choice! Give me that phone!" It didn't turn out well. Julie Anne is stupid for some reason. No choice, I gave Ms. Barcelona my phone and sat beside kevin. 4 feet away from Alden's seat. Not too bad.
