Chapter 3: My journal

"not until we are lost, do we begin to find ourselves" This inspires me when you are lost, its okay. Because you realize that you can find yourselves.
"Amelia, are you okay? you look really sleepy" Carla said "H-How can you tell?" I said "Your eyes are baggy..." Carla said
"Oh,.. Yeah i stayed up all night just to find my jo..." i said "Your what?" Carla said "My... Journal" i said. "You want to come over to my house and help me find it?" i said and Carla agreed. We went to class. So i went to my art class and i didn't expect to see Jamir. "Okay class, i will assign partners and you will have to sketch each other" the art teacher said. "I wonder who'll be my partner?" i said and the teacher said "Amelia and Jamir" What, with him?! We sat together face to face, and started sketching each other. When i looked at him. He had silky black hair and sparkling brown eyes even with glasses. Somehow its easy to sketch him, and felt light in my hands. Then before i knew it the teacher said "ok, class, you can show your sketch to each other and when your done turn it in to me". Then we both showed our work and what's surprising is that he draws better then me. "What?! i thought i draw better then you?" i said "Don't underestimate me" Jamir said (i roll my eyes). So we both turned in our work. Then when it was time for lunch i sat with my best friend, Carla and chatted about stuff. When we began to start talking about our crushes, suddenly a guy popped up and said "Was sup!". "Who are you?" Carla said "Im Joshua but you can call me Josh" Josh said "ok? good to know but can you leave us alone?" Carla said "Yeah..." i said, not even knowing whats going on. "Please..." Josh said "Ok" I said then Carla looked at me and said "Amelia! No!", "what?" i said. When he sat with us, it became quiet and awkward, so we didn't talk about anything. Then we went to our last class, Science, i hate science! "Wait... I  forgot we have a quiz in Science, I'm obviously gonna fail" i said. When i went in the science room, i saw Josh sitting in the front. I sat next to him and said "Did you study?", "haha... No" Josh said "Ha, same" i said. 5 minutes later we had the quiz and we both had the same grade 20%. My mom is going to kill me... ill just burn this. So i went home with Carla, and started to find my journal. We looked around for 40 minutes and we couldn't find my journal. "one more place... (dramatic sound) My brothers room" i said to Carla, We went to Amir's room and it was full of inspired food and dirty laundry. "aaaaaahhhhhhh!!!!" Carla screamed
"what happened?" i said "t-t-t-that burrito just moved!" Carla shouted "oh" i said and stepped on the burrito. "there now its not" i said and Carla looked at me with disgust. Anyways we looked and looked but then Amir came. "um... sup Amir" i said "What are you doing in my room?" Amir said "(sigh) do you know where's my journal?" i said "Oh, i have it" Amir said "wait... you have it?!" i said you know what. "I'll just go in my room and sleep, also i better see my journal in the morning!!" i said and i went to my room and go to sleep. "Your messed up" Carla said "i know and i love it" Amir said
