At the third sun rise
from the day a good man passed
the town is crowded
Men are in the square
there's a man, paper in hand
waving through the air
"They will sign!" he cries
eyes tear stained, the crowd goes wild
waiting for this day
Who will sign this where?
is this the plan spoken of?
