Ch.15~ Our Family Knows About Us

Lexy's P.O.V.

It was getting closer and closer where our families knows everyone of our secrets but one that they didn't suspect. "Mum, when is grandma, grandpa, and Sam going to be here," I asked. She told me that they will be coming in about four hours from now. I couldn't wait to see my grandparents. 

Hayley still hasn't told her mom or dad that she's a mermaid, but she is planning to tonight. Since Hayley is Elliot's daughter his parents are coming, and so is Emma and her family. It was time that we all tell are secret to our family. My friends and I decided that we should tell our family together as a group.

                                                   Hayley's P.O.V.

I couldn't believe who Trent's parents were, and I started to freak out a little. His mother knows that I'm a mermaid and I know she is one too, but does her husband and son know. Trent's parents were Adrian's Aunt Mimmi and Uncle Chris.

 "Hayley can we go talk alone please," Mimmi said in a worried, but happy voice. I told her yes and we went to go talk in private. I said,"You come and join in our dinner because my friends and I are going to tell our family that we are mermaids during dinner, and you should tell your husband and son your secret. "Mimmi liked my idea and decided on telling her two boys her secret tonight with my friends and me.
Lexy's P.O.V.                 2 hours later

Only 2 hours until my grandparents, Aunt Kim, and Uncle Elliot arrive for dinner. Hayley went to go meet Trent's parents, but both Hayley and Julian slept over at my house.  My mom, dad, and I still haven't told my younger sister Ali that mom and I are mermaids. Last night was hard for Hayley and I to keep our mermaid secret because Ali had to sleep in my room with Hayley and me, while Julian sleeps in her room. 

Julian and I walked outside to the backyard and saw Sasha, Lily, and Amanda in the yard. "So, when is everything going to be ready," Lily asked me. I told her in about 2 hours from now. 30 minutes later Hayley came back from seeing Trent's parents and told us about. None couldn't believe that Trent would be Mimmi's son, but then again she can put a spell on him so that he never becomes a merman.

An hour as past and everyone that needs to know about our huge secret is here. It was time to tell our family the biggest secret we ever had. Evie rose her cup and said,"I have a couple of announcements to make... first announcement is I'm pregnant and the second one is that Zac and are mermaids." AT first we all clapped to hear the wonderful news that Evie is pregnant and then starred at after she said the second announcement. 

"Ali, grandma, grandpa, Sam, and Aunt Kim... mom and I are also mermaids," I said to them very nervously. Rikki had told her father and Zane's father that she and Sasha are mermaids too. Will, Bella, and Lilly were afraid of telling Sofie that Bella and Lilly are mermaids as well, but they just blurted it out. Soon everyone and their families had no more secrets to tell. Sirena and David were the only two who hasn't said a word and everyone was wondering why.

Sirena was scared to tell her friends something that she didn't want any to know about. She got up and said that she too is also pregnant. Everyone was excited to know that she and David are going to have child together. 

Everybody had left my house except Lily, Sasha, Hayley, Amanda, Julian, Adrian, and Tyler who are going to stay the night. Adrian was the only person who was still surprised by his mother's pregnancy announcement.

All he can think about is how far long his mom is, so he can help her. Lily was sitting right next him and asked him if he's okay, and he told her that he is perfectly fine. My friends and I had nothing to do for the summer, since we all graduated high school.
