Hi! Me again! So this is the chapter Lucas and Maya react to the kiss at the football field. You might feel chills when the answer is revealed. Enjoy!

P.S. Today, I'm sick today (with a sore throat and watery eyes) so this might be last chapter for my absence. When I get better, I'll continue writing chapters again!

So I was located at the bench outside history, drawing Lucas' names all over the page again. I couldn't stop thinking about that kiss.

A kiss so magical that the butterflies would appear in your stomach.

I kept drawing when I see Lucas arriving.

"Hi, Maya."

"Hey, Lucas."

I put away my sketchbook away in my bag when Lucas sat down beside me.

"So, um, have you seen Riley?" He asked.

Always looking for her.

"She's with Farkle at the caf to get something to crave. She told me it's no big deal." I answered.

"Okay." He stops a bit. "About that kiss..."

Then he starts again. Dang it!

I sighed and turned to him. "Yes, I remembered. We kissed on a football field during your practice break."

"I know. And I liked it."

"What?"

"We had our first kiss together. And we're complete opposites. It was a good thing that Riley wasn't watching."

"Riley's your girlfriend. You shouldn't feel good about it! You're supposed to be shocked or mad or surprised!" I lied.

Yep. That was a lie.

"Yeah, you're right. I'm sorry, Maya. I didn't know what I was thinking. I'm also sorry for bringing up the kiss." He said and gets up.

"It's fine. And a dream come true."

"Why?"

"Cause I wished I got my first kiss from you and it finally came true. Me kissing I truly hate and lov- I meant looked at all time."

"That's unexpected. But what happens when Riley knows?"

"She won't. Trust me."

Now, Riley and Farkle walk down to us, as we stopped talking.

"Hi, guys!" Farkle greeted.

We greeted back when Riley runs and hugs Lucas. I stepped away a little.

"Hi, cutie pie!" She says, while kissing him. Then pulls away.

I stepped back some more and Lucas saw me do that. He wanted to say something but I walked away.

I didn't want to see them together all the time.

Farkle turned around to me, walking away. "What's with Maya?"

"I think she forgot to eat breakfast today." Riley answers. "Eh. Who cares."
