Chapter 9

I wake up to find someone looking at me

"You do know it's creepy staring at people while they sleep" I say groggily and keep my eyes closed

"Haha very funny" Four says

"What are u doing here?" I ask

"Well I fell asleep on the couch and you went to sleep in your room" Four

"Well that makes sense but why are you in my room then?" I ask

"Because you wouldn't wake up so technically I've only been here for like...*checks watch*... Forty-five minutes after I woke up"Four

I look at my phone and see its 10:00AM

"Then what were you doing, please don't tell me you watched me sleep the whole time" I whine

"Well first I made breakfast because I woke up and around nine and then when you were sleeping, I just read my book and watched television" he says blankly

I try to go back to sleep but then someone starts shaking me

"Wake up Beatrice"Someone says in a soothing voice

I open my eyes and see Four, and my Mom

"What the heck" I say groggily

Four is trying to hold on his laughter

Mom is just sitting there with no expression

"Time?" I ask

"11:28 am" Four says checking his watch

"Where's Marlene?" I ask another question

"Woah there missy, you have gotten a lot of questions in you this very late morning" My mom says jokingly

"Answer me please" I say bored

"I did answer, twice in fact" My mom replies

I groan and roll my eyes, I don't think she'll answer me anytime soon

"Okay okay, she's in the kitchen with Uriah? I think that's his name" Mom

I try to go back to sleep but then someone keeps putting on an alarm every time I fall asleep

"Shut up!" I yell and throw a pillow to where the noise is coming from

"Jeez little sassy, fine!" I hear a voice speak

I open my eyes and see that four is still here

"Go home you creep" I say in frustration

"But your mom said I can stay for a while after she saw me watching television" Four

"You could've gone home if u wanted too you know" I say in a 'duhh'

"Yeah well I've never seen anyone sleep like you do it's pretty interesting" Four

"Then why did you keep blaring the alarm every time I try to go back to sleep?" I say in frustration

I honestly don't think I'll survive like what 1 hour alone with this kid on a stranded island

I give up, get out of bed, grab my phone grab some clothes to wear and head to my bathroom

I get ready for the day so I take a shower then I get dressed

I put on adidas leggings/tights/whatever u call them

And of course a hoodie since I don't plan on going anywhere

I don't put on any shoes. Just socks

Brush my teeth and hair (not with the same thing obviously)

Put my hair into a ponytail and get out of the bathroom and head to my room

"That took you about 31 minutes and 17 seconds which is approximately shorter than average girls in the bathroom because the most common times are one hour and forty-six minutes(see what I did there;p)" Four says in amazement

I lay on my bed trying not to mess up my hair but then realize who cares anyways

I take out my pony and get relaxed in my position and stare at the ceiling

I know what your thinking, why get ready for the day when you have no plans?

Well you see, just because I might even just stay at home all day,

But I don't care it's comfy😂

So that my friends is what I call 'Fashion Advice' to those of you who want to know

"I'm heading home now, see ya later alligator " Four says as he laughs at his own joke

"No" I say sternly

He stops laughing, face turning into confusion

"What? Is it something I said?" Four says worried

"Nah I'm just playing with you, but seriously though... We don't say that" I say and walk past him

I open the door for him to leave and see my mom making some snacks for tomorrow's work day... What happened to the food Four made?

He probably ate it all anyway

That selfish number boy. Didn't save some for me

"Hey mom going to a friends house" I say in an excited voice

"Bye Hun Have fun!! Love u" Mom shouts even though I'm right here

"Mom I'm right here and love you too" I say and hug her and she hugs me back

I walk to the front and grab my purse that I keep near the door

I check and have everything I need

I lock the door and head out

Let's go to Christina's house!
