They walk towards me and I yell "Wassup fellow dauntless girlies!"
People laugh at me as they walk by
"Wassup girl!" They yell back
"How's life goin' for you guys, haven't see you in foreves!!" I exclaim
"I know and it's been so long since we've went shopping too!" Christina says
"I know right and it's been so long since I've seen those beautiful faces of you guys" I say
"It's been so long that I missed hearing all those dang squeals and screaming and all that girly stuff" Lynn
Our table erupts with laughter at Lynn"s comment
"It's been so long since we've talked"Marlene
"It's also been so long since I've seen your face missy" I say as I eyeball her but laugh to shake off any bad negativity
That's the thing about others, people hold grudges and you know what happens next?
The negativity rubs off on others, and starts to spread and spread and soon enough, everyone is mean to each other
It's better to be nice to someone then hold grudges
"It's not my fault that I'm in love with Uri" Marlene chirps, then her eyes widen and both her hands cover her mouth as she gasps
We all gasp with her, wide eyes, opened mouths, shocked expression
"you know what I don't even care anymore if you guys are mad at me then I'm done" Marlene says angrily
Out of nowhere Christina squeals
"Omg my otp omg my otp omg my otp!" Christina keeps screaming out repeatedly
"Oh Tee what now?' Shauna asks
"Oh-Tee-Pee(lol) means One True Pair" Christina says like its obvious
"My ship has sailed" Christina says and sighs
"I don't know about you guys but I wanna do somethin" Lynn says of boredom
"Let's do the trampoline area then bowling then arcade then eat then shop then watch a movie then yeah" Marlene
We all nod in approval and start walking towards the trampoline area and put our things in the locker thingy so nothing gets lost
Back in middle school, all five of us were in cheer at school, when we went into high school we only did one year and ended up stopping cuz it's too much workkkk
It's been a few years and I still remember almost all the routines and cheers
"Hey do you guys remember the cheers and stuff?" I ask
A blank expression appears onto their faces and then realization hits
"Oh yeah! I remember!" They all say at the same time
"Let's do it then!! Let's do the one from--uhhh- the one from 9th grade!!" I exclaim
We all cheer and we start jumping on the trampolines
We do each of our routines perfectly and we were so worn out that we all just laid down on the trampolines
After a while of dances and cheers
We hear people calling our names
"Christina/Marlene!" We keep hearing
No name calling for me Lynn and Shauna?
Oh well
We look to see the boys?
We never invited them
I look at Marlene, and Christina... is blushing?
"I may or may not have invited them" Christina says embarrassed tone in her voice
I roll my eyes as they stay to walk over towards us
" Whatcha guys doin" Uriah says
The two girls blabber on
Zeke came with him and so did Four
Four got the clothes look right so that's good
He needs to get rid of his hair and change it though
We were in a circle so Four was really close to me
In my peripheral vision I see Four look down and almost holds me hand
They're like 4 inches away
His index finger nearly touches mine
In an instinct my hands flinch
His hands immediately drops to his sides and puts both hands on the pockets on each side
Weird.
