I get home and when I see Jake I start to cry. "Linnie, what's wrong?" he asks. I sniffle a little and sit on his bed.
"Kai is my brother" I tell him. "I know who my parents are. I'm a tribrid" I tell him.
"I don't know what a tribrid is" he says
"A vampire, werewolf, and witch mixed together" I say.

*Jake's POV*

I feel bad for Madalynn, I really do. I watch as black veins appear under her eyes. Her eyes start to turn a bright yellow. "Madalynn" I say, backing up until I can't back away anymore.
"What's happening to me?" she asks, feeling her face. She then smiles at me and I didn't realize I was breathing so heavily until it was the only sound in the room.

She lifts up her hand a motions me to come over. I don't move but somehow, I get to her in a second. She smiles and takes my arm. I scream, not knowing what else to do. Hannah opens the door and Madalynn's fangs and black veins and yellow eyes disappear. She looks appalled. "What just happened?" she asks. She looks at my arm and gasps. "Did I do that?" she asks "I'm so sorry. I don't know what's wrong with me" she says before walking out of my room as fast as she can.

*Madalynn's POV*

Last night I stayed in my room and cried. I almost ate my brother and I don't know what stopped me or what made me do it. I get dressed and get in my car to drive over to the supernatural house. That's what I'll call it.

I knock on the door and Damon opens it. "Madalynn?" he asks. I start to cry in front of him and he looks shocked. He pulls me inside and hugs me, shutting the door.
"What's wrong with me?" I ask, still crying.
"What happened?" he asks, pulling me away from the hug.
"I- I don't know but I bit Jake's arm" I say, breathing heavily with a few tears running down my cheeks. He sighs and shakes his head.
"It's in your nature, you didn't have blood last night in your dinner and you needed some. It's okay" Damon tells me.
"Blood in my dinner? None of this is okay, Damon! I almost ate my brother" I tell him.
"Stefan is better at this than I am" he shrugs. "Go sit down, I'll get Stefan" Damon says.

"Madalynn" Stefan says, putting a shirt on as he runs downstairs. "Are you alright? Damon told me some of what happen and I- I'm sorry" Stefan continues but I stop him.
"It's okay. I just -I need you to teach me. I don't want to keep running away from this or being scared. I need to learn" I tell him. He nods and calls the others, making sure they get here quickly.

"So the vampires are going to teach you first, we're going to tell you what happens and teach you control" Stefan says. Stefan, Damon, Elena, Caroline, Lexi, Enzo and I all go into a room together. The rest of them stay in the living room because I can learn one creature at a time.

"You became a vampire because of your bloodline. You were born a vampire. Let's say that Stiles drank your blood and then died, he will become a vampire. If he was injured, you could give him blood to heal him. Stiles could also give us his blood to heal us. Not you, of course. You're much stronger. To become a vampire you have to feed to finish the transition. You won't be a part of any of that anyway so let's move on" Stefan smiles.
"Vampires can't go in the sun or they'll burn. You are a tribrid so I guess it doesn't matter for you" Damon drags off.
"You can only kill a vampire by putting a wooden stake through their heart. In order for you to die, someone has to chop off your head" Elena tells me with a sympathetic smile.
"Of course that probably won't happen" Stefan says.
"Don't forget about vervain, we'll let you take sips every so often so that you learn to not react to it" Damon says.
"We will also give you a little bit of blood every day to continue your control. You are not allowed to drink a human's blood, if you need it, eat a rabbit or drink from a blood supply from the hospital, we have those" Stefan explains. I nod and look to Damon who looks back at me and laughs. He goes over to a little white cooler and picks up one little bag of blood and gives it to me. He opens it first so that I can drink it. I take a couple of sips but after I can't stop drinking it. Stefan pulls it away from me and I see that I drank half the package.
"We're done for today. Werewolves will teach you more tomorrow"
