"Did you hear about Scott and Allison?" I hear Lydia ask as she walks up to me. She just got here and she's already nattering. I look over to her and laugh. She always comes over to talk about gossip with me.
"No. Why?" I ask, actually curious.
"They broke up. Allison and your Uncle Elijah were talking and she likes him now and Scott seems to like Caroline" Lydia tells me as she leans against the locker. I raise my eyebrows, surprised at the news she's telling me. I then make a disgusted face when I remember Lydia saying that Allison likes my uncle Elijah.
"Ew Allison likes my uncle? He's like a thousand years old. That's disgusting. And Caroline and Isaac are still together aren't they?" I needed to take the subject off of the Allison and Elijah topic. I can't think of Allison dating my uncle, a 1000 year old and a 17 year old. Gross.
"Yeah" Lydia sighs. "Well I guess I'll see you later" Lydia smiles. I laugh at the fact that she only came over to tell me about Allison and Scott. Tyler comes over to us, making Lydia not want to leave so quickly.

"Hey, babe. Lydia, why are you here?" Tyler asks. I give Tyler a hug and Lydia scuffs. "Because I go to school here. No PDA in the hallways, Tyler" Lydia says, pushing herself off of the locker.
"Wow, that's funny coming from your mouth. Who has had sex in couches office, the teachers' lounge, a classroom..." Tyler lists, trailing off.
"Shut up" Lydia whines. "When a girl needs pleasure, a girl needs pleasure. Right Madalynn?" Lydia asks with a smile.
"Trust me, I pleasure her enough" Tyler smiles to his sister.
"Gross!" Lydia stomps and makes a disgusted face. I slap Tyler's arm, scolding him for the announcement.

"Hey, you're the freak girl that everyone's talking about" a girl comes up to me with a smile. Why don't I know this girl?
"What?" I ask her. Most people don't know me as it is. How could everyone be talking about me?
"You're. Crazy" she says slowly. Crazy? "You're crazy. You're crazy. Madalynn is crazy" people around the girl start to chant and sing along. Tyler is pushing them away from me, telling them to stop. Lydia is pulling me away, trying to comfort me. I watch the rest of my friends walk over. Suddenly the hall is silent, no one is changing or singing. They all walk away now, as if nothing happened.

"I'm not going to school anymore"
