Vanessa's POV
I still can't believe this is happening to me and Laur
Vanessa: hey why don't we just talk about this later
Rydel: how we don't know how much time we have before she drags you to.... where does she live??
Laura: Miami, Florida
Ross gets up and starts walking towards the door with a sad and angry expression on his face
Laura: Ross wait... where are you going??
Ross: I just need to go and think right now... everyone just leave me alone right now *leaves*
Laura: great he probably hates me right now
Riker: he doesn't hate you Laur he just doesn't want you to go
Laura: and you think that I wanted Ross to leave the first time... UGH!!!! *storms out*
Rydel: well this is a disaster
Vanessa: agreed
Laura's POV
Well since I don't know how many days I have left here I might as well try and find Ross. I walk over to his house and knock on the door. Stormie opens the door with a confused face.
Stormie: hi Laura... Ross isn't here if that who your looking for
Laura: oh umm... do you know where he could be
Stormie: no I'm sorry sweetie
Laura: okay thanks
I start walking down the road and hug my body to stay warm. I got into the city and made my way to Central Park and see Ross sitting on park bench.... I walk over to him and sit next to him
Laura: what are you doing sitting out here it's freezing
Ross: I-I just wanted to think.... what are you doing here you don't have a coat strong enough to keep you warm
Laura: I wanted to come and find you... I thought you wee mad at me
Ross: oh I'm not mad at you I'm mad at your mom cause she's trying to take you away from me
Laura: and you don't think that I thought you mom was taking you away from me when you left.... I didn't know if you were ever going to come back
Ross: yeah well what if you don't come back
Laura: yeah but I will, I know I will
Ross: I'm sorry I just don't want to lose you
Laura: I know and you won't... I promise
Ross: okay
Laura: good now let's get out of here before we freeze to death
Ross: just one thing first
Laura: wha---mmph
He cut me off by smashing his lips to mine passionately. We pull away and a put our foreheads together enjoying each others presence
Ross: now we can't go
Laura: alright let's go
[back at the Marano house]
Me and Ross walk into my house to see Vanessa and Mom arguing. We walk into the living room and to see more of what's going on.
Laura: what's going on here
Vanessa: oh well Laura we might as well start packing now cause mom wants to leave tomorrow
Laura: what no
Rydel: yeah see we all have an appointment together on March 27
Ellen: you two have until March 3rd to do what ever you need to do to say goodbye to them
Laura: that's two weeks
Ellen: I don't care it's March 3rd that were leaving and its final *leaves the room*
Laura and Vanessa: UGH!!! DAD!!!
Damiano: *walks in* what is it??
Laura: why are you letting her take us when she abused me and Vanessa
Damiano: because she wants to spend time with you
Vanessa: if she wants to spend time with us then she can stay here cause what's going to happen with school and we both have boyfriend that we love
Damiano: I'm sorry it's not my choice
Laura: yes it is your our dad
Damiano: I may be your dad but I can't make choices for you anymore... Your mother is the legal owner of you now
Vanessa: wait so now since your divorced she has total control over us now
Damiano: yeah
Laura: that means she could keep me in Florida forever and I can't have that... Nessa's lucky cause she's over 18 and doesn't need parental guidance anymore
Damiano: it's only two years
Laura: UGH..... I WISH YOU NEVER GOT DIVORCED AND NON OF THIS EVER HAPPENED... I WANT IT TO GO BACK AND BE 8TH GRADE SO I CANT MAKE SURE I DIED WHEN I CUT MYSELF
Ross: Laura stop... You know you don't mean that
Laura: yes I do cause my mom is a fucking ass who thinks that she can control me
Ellen: Laura your coming with me in two weeks and theirs nothing you can't do about it and your coming too Vanessa.
Then I might let you come back when Laura is 18
Laura: you know I wish I had my blade now so I can USE IT ON YOU
Ross: *grabs her waist* chill that's enough
Ellen: I'm going back to my hotel I'll see you in two weeks
She leaves the house and slams the door behind her
Laura: God I hate her
Vanessa: we get it
Rydel: so let's set up a new date for our Girls/Guys Night.... let's do this Saturday the 25th
Vanessa: awesome well umm I think you should all go so Me and Laur can talk about this
Riker: alright see ya
The lynches leave and so does Sean and Lilly. Ross and Carter say goodbye to us and leave the house as well.
Laura: *starts crying* Nessa I don't want to leave Ross or any of my friends
Vanessa: *starts crying as well* I know me neither
Laura: Nessa.... I'm in love with Ross like really in love with him... I know I'm only 16 but I really do love him
Vanessa: I know Laur but it's gonna be okay
Laura: I don't want everything to be okay... I want everything to be perfect
Vanessa: I know but nothing is going to be perfect be well get through this
Laura: I really hope so Ness I really hope so
