Chapter 2

Hallie' pov
"Whaat! 4:00 a.m...am gonna rot here in this place" I said still staring at the     huge electric board which notified all the scheduled flights.. The guy who i had just found to be on the same mess with me looked  sharply at the board and I guess he felt the same as I did cause he also shrugged his shoulders and drooped on one of the confy sofas at the lobby........ I thought of trying some music but before I could find my earphones, the phone rang and I picked it up.... ohhhh....it was my best friend Nelly.  

Hey Nell,
Hey girl, I  know u already saying goodbye to this country ...how does it feel like??
No Nell, I am still stuck at the airport imagine, missed the flight and the next flight is at 4 a.m tomorrow .
Whaaat so sorry dear but you never organised you deserved it.
We talked for almost 45 minutes with Nelly who made me laugh crazily "HIHIHIHIHI....PFFFHAHAHAHAHA" and suddenly I heard my phone snatched from the back and call ended.
Hihihihi....hahahaha he mimicked as he handed back the phone.
"HOW DARE YOU. YOU IGNORANT SWINE." I shouted at him. "WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?  WELL IF YOU HAVE NOTHING TO DO THEN JUST LET ME BE DO YOU UNDERSTAND?" I added.
The now irritating Grier just looked at me with a smirk I swear I would have slapped him if it were not for the  airport crew passing by.
So instead, I calmly sat next to him to avoid attention....I had to anyway since we were in the same  problem....
Sitted all was quiet between us apart from the announcement and the shuffling feet of the people going  inside their respective gates for the last check ins..
Suddenly nash got out a big tablet and started watching videos, it was making some noise and I had started drifting to sleep..."you are a goat" I heard him say repeatedly "you are a monkey" I looked up to see him pointing and looking at me....
"WHAT THE FUCK. Did u just call me a goat?"
"No, sorry I was just practising a video." He said embarrased
I gave him the look of (I should kill you) and drooped my head back on the velvet couch.

I must have fallen asleep cause I was  awakened by my new crazy fellow. It surprised  me that he could be so gentle to just tap on my shoulder slightly unlike what I was  used to by my brother who would roughly shoove me like a bag of garbage in the morning during school days.
Thank you.. I murmured slowly getting up to prepare myself...the hours weren't long after all..... I could also see from this new guy's face that he also had slept  because there was a big zipper line across his cheek.
"You look like a pink jacket" I joked  and he gave me his smirk which I was  now getting used to... All passengers boarding flight EK8924 please assemble in gate 32. the announcement went on.
