Chapter 3
"A Close Encounter"Luna sat down a little bit away from everyone with Risk curled up around behind her. Luna leaned back against risk and smiled patting him gently.
Everyone watched them silently with content smiles on their faces. "I love seeing how happy she is." Koga spoke out watching Luna fall asleep leaning back against Risk.
They all nodded and looked back at the fire. It was their only light amidst the darkness that had surrounded them. The lightning of Risk's mane and tail was illuminating the area around Luna. That was the only way they were able to see the girl.
"So Koga, what are you gonan do? Now that you found your sister I mean." Kagome looked at him as he shrugged.
"I guess I'm just, going to take her back to the Pack and, let her heal there." Ginta and Hakaku looked at Luna and then back at Koga.
"Are you sure she's going to want to go back Koga?" Ginta asked.
"Yeah, I mean she's been taking care of herself for so long that, maybe she won't want to return to the pack." Hakaku added and Koga Scoffed."Of corse she'll want to come back, thats where she belongs, with us." Kagome looks at Koga. "But, what if she really doesn't want to Koga? What will you do?"
Everyone looked at Koga as he looked at the Fire. "I'm not sure."
Koga was filled with uncertainty, and then doubt began to settle in.
What if she really didn't want to go back with them? What if she wanted to go back to being alone?
The what ifs kept building in his mind.
"Nah don't worry about it, I'm sure she'll still want to be around you Koga." Inuyasha unexpectantly said without looking at anyone.
Koga scoffed again and crossed his arms. He didn't admit it, but that kind of made Koga feel slightly better.
After a few hours of talking, everyone soon fell asleep around the fire.
Except Koga, he had moved over close to where Luna and Risk were when he had let sleep take over, and envelope his body.
****************
The next morning, everyone was awake by sunrise except for Luna. She was getting more rest, which everyone knew she needed it. She was almost fully healed but not quite yet. Kagome says about one more day and she'll be good to go.
Kagome had convinced Inuyasha that they should stay until Luna was better to go, he only agreed because Kagome threatened him with a long line of Sits. Which made him quickly agree without hesitation.
Koga had migrated back over to the others. But was still keeping a close eye on the still sleeping Luna. Who, somehow in her sleep, had gotten onto risks back, and was laying facing the ground with one hand under her head, and one hand hanging off.
All of a sudden, when everyone was just starting to calm down. A large gust of wind hit everyone. It even knocked Luna off of Risk on the side where she wasn't visible to everyone.
Then, Kagura appeared. "Yo." She said in a calm voice as everyone but Luna jumped up.
"Kagura, what are you doing here? Where's Naraku?" Inuyasha asked in an angered voice as he set his right hand on his sword hilt.
"Relax I didn't come here to fight." Then Luna popped up from behind Risk. "Kagura! Hi!" Luna smiled as she got up and walked over to Kagura smiling.
