Chapter 10

Lauren POV

I was holding Camila Cabello who was sitting on my lap and kissing me back. My life is so damn perfect right now. I never thought in a million years this would happen, but here it is... the moment has arrived. When i broke off our 4th kiss in a row i saw Camila look at my phone that was lit up with a new message "Fuck Lauren, Sophia is getting out of school in like 30 minutes!" she quickly stood up and i did as well "Don't worry i'll take you" I said.

She grabbed her purse and i grabbed my keys and phone. As we walked out the door Alex stood up "Meeting tomorrow 8am sharp!" I gave him a thumbs up as Camila pressed the elevator button "You are so hot boss lady" I heard Camila say as i was putting a reminder on my phone "Yeah you like me as a boss?" I asked as we walked into the now opened elevator "Defiantly." She smirked and i pulled her into another kiss as the doors closed.

I felt her put her fingers threw my hair which turned me on, the kiss got really heated until we heard the elevator ding and we were on the ground floor. "To be continued?" I asked as we walked to the parking garage "Maybe" she winked.

When got to Sophia's school two minute's before the bell would ring. I followed Camila all the way to the class room. Right when we got there the bell ring and a whole bunch of little people started running out of the class. I stood there trying to catch my breath until i felt someone jump on me "Lauren!" Sophia yelled and i smiled spinning her around "Hey little nugget how was your first day?" I asked "So good, everyone liked my bag even my teacher!" she said "I know mommy told me!" .. "Mommy!" Sophia realized her mother was stood beside us "No don't worry i know you love Lauren more now it's okay" Camila fake cried "No mommy i love you more" Sophia said jumping off of me and onto her mother.

"I missed you so so much cutie" Camila said kissing her daughter all over "I missed you more i can't wait to tell you all about today" Sophia said hugging her mom tightly "I can't wait to hear it babe" Camila waved bye to the teacher and we started walking out to my car.

I looked around remembering these halls from long ago, they have changed slightly but i had a few memories in the gardens and portables "Is that Lauren Michelle Jauregui?" I heard someone say just as we were going to walk out of the school, I turned to see the the red headed principal "Dr. Santana!" I said hugging the older woman "It's so good to see you here after all these years" she said.

"I know it's great to see you" i smiled "This is Sophia Cabello your newest pre k student". Sophia waved as she held on to her mom who was holding her in her arms "And her mother Camila" i added introducing the two girls "Well i'm happy you are here Sophia and i bet i will be seeing great things out of you" Dr. Santana said shaking the young girls hand "Thank you mam" she said respectfully "Well I'll see you girls soon have a good night" the principal said and we all walked out to my car "Wow you're so famous Lauren" Sophia said as her mother was strapping her in as well as she could "Not really but thanks kiddo"

When Camila got into my car I started driving the girls to their house "So tell us all about your day Soph!" Camila said to her daughter "Well, When you left Ms. Garcia started teaching us how to count to 100! Then she wanted us to spell out names and I was the only kid who knew how to do it already!"

"Wow thats great babe what else?" Camila asked getting her daughter even more excited "A boy named Jaden liked my book bag, his was of super hero which was cool but mines was cooler" she explained "Are you excited to go again tomorrow?" I asked "Of course! Tomorrow we are making ice cream in science" she said "You should bring us some" Camila said "No silly it will melt!" Camila started poking her daughter "Yeah, yeah you just want it all for yourself" Soph just nodded with the biggest smile on her face.

When i arrived at Camila's house i said bye to Sophia while helping her put her book bag back on "You can stay for dinner if you want Lo" Camila said "Is it okay with you Soph?" I asked her once she had her bag on properly "I'd love if you stay! I could show you my room, its the coolest" Sophia said running to the front door "You sure its okay?" I asked Camila and she slipped her hand in mine pulling me closer "I suggested it didn't I?" I nodded while going in for the 5th kiss of the day "Not in front of Sophia.... yet" Camila said and i nodded "Of course."

Camila started walking to the door opening it for Sophia who was eager to get inside. I admire how she wanted to wait before being all lovey in front of the little nugget. Wouldn't want to confuse her before we even know what's going on. "Hey you coming?" Camila called from the door taking me away from my thoughts and i ran up into the house "Finally Lo, Come to my room!" Sophia said pulling me up the stairs "You call me Lo now?" I asked "Mommy calls you that, can i?" she asked as she opening the door with stickers that spell out her name.

"Of course you can kiddo" I said as I walked into space literally. Sophia's room had stars everywhere, I felt like I was in the middle of the universe "This room.... is awesome" i said looking around "Thanks, mommy helped me" I smiled looking at the glowing stars on the ceiling and realized that book bag was probably the best purchase i have ever made "Oh cool a telescope!" I said kneeling down and looking threw it "You have to wait till its night time silly" Sophia said and i giggled sitting on the floor "You have a beautiful room" I smiled and Soph sat on my lap with a stack of books "Mom got me these so i could know which star I'm looking at" She explained flipping the pages of one of the books "Which is your favorite?" I asked "I like.... the big dipper and the little dipper, Like me and mommy" she answered.

"You know theres an amazing place to look at stars a few hours away from here one day we should take your telescope to see it" I told her remembering I had told her mother about the same place years ago "What's it called?" she asked "Big Pine Key, theres also a summer camp there" i said and she gasped jumping up.

She retrieved another book from her shelf and flipped the pages to show me a page all about big pine key "Mommy said she would take me here!" Sophia said "That would be so cool!" i said "Can you come with us?"Sophia asked. Her eyes were so big and brown just like her moms, i could never say no to the Cabello eyes. "I would love too princess" i said playing with her long hair.

"Dinner!" Camila called out from down stairs. I didn't notice we have been up in Sophia's room for a really long time "I wonder what she made!" she said running stairs down stairs and i followed her "Arroz con Pollo" Camila said serving rice and chicken on 3 plates "Mmm yummy" Sophia said sitting at the table with a cartoon place mat "I didn't know you cooked" I said as Sophia showed me where to sit "She cooks so yummy, especially mac and cheese" the young girl told me "Can't wait to try that one day" I told her smiling at Camila who put the plates on the table "I don't know, only special people get mac and cheese" Camila said sitting next to me "I hope to be special soon then" I said looking at Camila who was now blushing.

After dinner Camila took Sophia a bath and put her to bed. The younger Cabello gave her mom a hard time at bed time since I was here but eventually fell asleep soon after. "Sorry that took so long" Camila said coming down stairs "No worries" I said washing the last dish in the sink and putting it on the rack "You didn't have to do that Lo" Camila said wrapping her arms around my waist from the back and giving me a kiss on the cheek "Shhh, let me help!" I said turning around and kissing Camila against the counter "I missed you" Camila mumbled on my lips "I missed you too Camz" I said smiling on her lips.

We ended up on the couch cuddling and watching a random movie on TV. Camila fell asleep on my towards the beginning of the movie but I didn't want to wake her she was just so cute. I saw it was 10pm and I knew I had a long day tomorrow so i turned off everything and carried Camila up stairs. I had to softly and quietly kick a few doors open before I found a blue and white bed room. It was so nice and calming, I knew it had to be Camila's room. I laid her on the bed and covered her up leaving a kiss on her forehead "Night beautiful" I whispered and made my way out of the house after making sure everything was off and locked.

I got home and laid in bed with a smile on my face. So in love with that same old love!
