Chapter 17

Camila POV

January 27

Today is Sophia's 7th Birthday. Lauren was so sweet to fly our family down for the occasion. They have been here since yesterday and Lauren has them staying at the Fountain Bleau Hotel which is the most extravagant and most expensive hotel in Miami. Lauren has been so amazing with us, she always gives us the best of anything.

Sophia, Lauren, Ally, Normani, Dinah and I were decorating for the party. Being with them felt like I was back in high school. We were joking around and of course Dinah was being head of the Camren ship and getting Sophia in on it as well. Baby Andrew was playing with his toys, everything is going perfect.

"Baby can you pass me the tape?" Lauren said as I held the ladder for her. I grabbed a piece and put it on her arm so she could use it "Alright now its perfect" Lauren said finished with the banner.

"Okay its time to get you dressed" I said holding my daughters hand "But mommy i want to keep decorating!"she complained "They've got it under control" she said and followed me up the stairs and into her room.

Lauren POV

"DJ can you get the cake out of the fridge while I call the limo for Camila's family?" I asked Dinah while I copied the number onto the keypad of my phone.

"Of course but why the hell did you get them a limo?" she asked "Because I haven't seen them in a long time and I want to impress them" I said honestly making her laugh "They loved you when we were kids and they still do now Lo" she said placing the cake on the counter "I know but ... this wouldn't hurt" I winked and she just rolled her eye.

2 Hours Later

"Sof just texted me that their on there way... in a limo" Camila said as i finished putting our the party food "Yeah there were no more taxis" i lied "Sure there wasn't" Camila sad rolling her eyes trying to hide the smile on her face "Thank you Lo" Camila said while leaving kisses all over my cheek and hugging me tight "Anything for you" I replied moving my hands down her body as she leaned in giving me a kiss "Someone's at the door!" Sofia yelled as she ran down stairs "I'll get it" Camila said giving me one last kiss to me.

Camila POV

"Mami Papi!" I yelled feeling as if I am 7 years old jumping into my parents arms "We missed you Mija" my mom said as my dad kisses my cheeks "Sof!" I hugged my sister squeezing her tight "I can't breath!" She exaggerates.
Sofia runs to us jumping into her grandpas arms "I missed you Abuelo!" She says making my heart melt "I Missed you too flaca" he said passing her to my mother "Hello Cabello's" Lauren waved walking over and hugging my family "thank you so much for all this Lauren you were always such a wonderful person I'm glad you're back in Karla's life" my mom said hugging my girlfriend "Don't call me that!" I poured as Lo laughed at me.

"Well don't just stand at the door, come on get comfortable everyone is in the back finishing the set up before Sofia's friends arrive" Lauren smiled and everyone walked in. My daughter started showing her grandparents and aunt all over our new home so I knew they would be occupied for a while "Lauren pulled me into a hug and I just started sobbing out of no where.

"what's wrong baby?" Lauren asked lifting up my chin to wipe my tears "I'm just very happy and i love you so much Lauren Jauregui"

Lauren smiled kissing my lips "I love you so much Camila, I'll do anything to make you happy" she said and I hugged her tighter.

Lauren POV

Camila went to check on everything as guest started to arrive. Sofia invited almost her whole class from school. I haven't been to a party like this since I was like 15 I'm a bit over whelmed with all the little children running around and all the parents talking to me about... Parent stuff as if I am a parent... Am I a parent ?

Ally came over to me as I was sitting in the kitchen thinking.
"Penny for your thoughts?" She said sitting on the bar stool next to me "... It's stupid" I smiled brushing it off as I took out a garbage bag from on top of the sink and started throwing out used plates and cups "seemed deep" Ally said ... She's not going to let go of this.

"I was just thinking about how all the parents see me as Sofia's mom or something and i was just curious I guess..." I shrugged "I think you are a great mom to Sof, you and Mila just need to make it official" she winked leaving the kitchen.

Of course Ally would give me a lot to think about. Camila walked into the kitchen minutes later with silly string all over her face and hair "They got me.." She said making me laugh "Aw baby... I'll clean you up" I said picking her up and sitting her on the kitchen counter and carefully pulling out the silly string from her hair "Thank you" she smiled kissing my cheek "Can I ask you something?" I said and she nodded.

"Am I like... Sofia's... other mother now?" I asked and Camila Nodded immediately "I believe so and I think she does too..." Camila smiled "We can all speak about it one of these days if you want... i mean she knows we were dating i guess now we can explain to her its more serious than that." Camila said holding my cheeks and giving me a kiss "Sounds good" I said biting my lip "you're all done" I said taking the last pieces off of her shirt "thank you, now let's go party like we are 7!" I shook my head following her out of the house.

-Hours Later-

After all the guest left, Camila's family, Ally, Troy, Andrew and Dinah stayed to help clean up. We were taking down banners and walking around the back yard picking things up.

When we finished we all sat around the kitchen finishing the cake. "this is so good" Ally moaning stuffing another spoon full in her mouth "Baby you're going to throw up if you eat anymore" Troy smiled kissing his wife's cheek as she rolled her eyes "I believe the kids are dead" Camila said walking into the kitchen "Sof, Sofia and Andrew are Asleep in the living room"she whispered "She's not so easy to carry now, I'll wake her up" Alejandro, Camila's dad said "She can stay over if that's okay and you guys can have a night to yourselves" I suggested "Are you sure?" Sinu asked surprised "Yeah of course, I'll call a car for you guys" I smiled pulling out her phone.

"Lauren a cab will be fine!" Sinu said "Yeah seriously Lo just call a Cab" Camz added "Fine but I'll pick you up myself tomorrow morning just call me when you are ready" Lauren smiled dialing a number and going into the room "She is so whipped" Dinah said throwing out plates "She's not, she's just... cute" i smiled.

Later on that night everyone left, Lauren and I were in bed cuddling white watching a movie. "Did you have a good day?" Lauren asked "Of course, it was amazing" I replied smiling like an idiot "Do you think sofia had a good time?" She asked "I am sure she did baby... now get to sleep" i said turning off the TV and she wrapped her arms around my waist pulling me in close to her "I love you Camz" she whispered giving me butterflies "I love you more lo"
