Chapter 12~ Air, water, fire and earth

"Hello students, today's lecture will be on angles and lighting" Mr Jackson, I mean 'Will' tells us. Nolan's brother wasn't there today and Nolan was late for some reason.

Although the lectures are boring, I guess we need to know the content before we apply it to practical work.

"Today I will be handing out the booklets for your first assignment. All the information is in the booklet, if there are any problems see me after class" he tells us.

The booklet outlines that we have to display, though photographs, your meaning of happiness. After we have taken our pictures we have annotate and present our research and production in a folder, and the final production must be displayed in an A3 sized frame.

Nolan looked at me and asked "What's your happiness?" I replied by saying, "The beach."
"What is your happiness Nolan?" I ask. "The natural wonders of the world air, water, fire and earth" he tells me. "How are you going to capture all that in one picture?" I ask cluelessly.

"You'll find out when I'm done"

"Okay" I laughed.

"Sam we need to go to the beach tomorrow because I need too take some shoots for my first assignment" I explain to Sam. "Sure. The  we can go out for dinner by the beach instead of eating in?" Sam suggests, walking over to me and kissing my cheek.

"How was your day" he asked, while we walked into the lounge room to sit down and walk TV, although I still live with my mum, I stay here with Sam at he's apartment most of the time because it is closer to my college.

"My day was pretty good , I guess. We just went too a few lectures and had lunch off campus with a fw friends" I tell him. "Who's we? he asked looking suspicious. "Nolan and I" I reply.

"I hope Nolan is a girls name, not a boys name" he further interrogates me. "Their gender is not applicable and none of your business" I arrogantly reply.

"But if you must know, it's a boys name" I continue.

"Why are you going to lunch with another boy?" He asks with a jealous look on his face.

"There is no need to be jealous Sam, he's just a friend. Plus his brother is the lecturer so I thought he would be able to help me" I explain.

"Oh okay, maybe you should ask me to have lunch with you?" He asked looking disappointed.

"I didn't want to disrupt your day," I tell him now feeling bad for not asking him.

"All I do is sit at home all day, " he explains.

"Will you come to lunch with on Wednesday?" I reasoned with him.

"Yes I will love to have lunch with my girlfriend on Wednesday, especially considering it is our 2 year Anniversary on Wednesday," he pointed out to me. I Completely forgot that it is our anniversary on Wednesday. I have been so caught up in all the drama that has been going on.
