I wasn't there; only a two wrinkly old looking familiar faces in a courtyard. They stopped and stared at a particular grave.

One, a man, said, "It's so sad to come back to the graves of your friends from high school and junior high."

The other, a woman, said, "Yeah, I remember crying so hard at her funeral. We were close friends. Have you seen Cameron and Jake lately? I haven't seen them since our high school reunion!"

Suddenly, the first man had a sad dark look on his face, but replied, "I heard that Cameron died from a heart attack."

"Oh, I remember how close you two were!" the woman said, now comforting the man whom is now in tears.

"It's, fine, I will always have you for the rest of my life; even when one of us dies, you will be my guardian angel and I will be yours." The man said, between sobs.

Just then, a tall, rich looking man walk by, recognized them, and stopped to talk to them by the grave. The man said, "JAMES! JASMINE! I haven't seen you two since the reunion! How have you been?"

The man, James, and the woman, Jasmine, looked up at the rich man, the tears on their faces left a shine on their cheeks. The rich man looked at the gravestone which read: Ashley Harrison

Born on August 19th

Died June 16th

I was shocked! I had to be having a nightmare! After the man figured who the grave belonged to, he had a sudden depressing look on his face and dropped on his knees by the grave, despite the fact that the area was very muddy. He remembered, "She was a very good person. If only I could have told her by then that I loved her and she understood! I tried to get over her, but I never could! Now she's died sad and alone, and I just divorced my wife so that I could find Ashley again! I wanted her back after all these years; no matter how hard I tried, she was always on my mind! The great memories I had of her!"

After he finished what he had to say, he sobbed harder than I would have expected him to. But I still pondered who that might be; he looked very familiar.

Jasmine replied, "We miss her, too, Jake. Its times like these that make us wish we could go back and make everything better. It's too late, now..."

I woke up screaming after hearing my loud alarm clock wake me up! It had a high pitched tone that sounded like something to be afraid of.

My mom rushed into my room to find me and turn off my alarm. She tried to comfort me saying, "It's okay, it's just your alarm clock. You should start getting ready for school. Did you have a nightmare? You looked scared and you look hot."

"I'm fine, I just had a bad dream, that's all," I managed to say, after calming myself down. My dream had given me quite a scare, but I realized that I had to tell Jake that I loved him right away and break up with Cameron before it's too late!

I rushed getting ready, anxious to get to school and talk to them. I didn't bother brushing my hair; though, my hair looked a mess! I tried to put it in a ponytail on the way to school. When I got there, Cameron spotted me from the crowd and waited for me at the entrance.

"Hey, Cameron, we need to talk," I told him once I got to him.

"Sure, what's on your mind?" he asked. "It's not about my fight with Jake, is it? Don't worry about that."

"No, it's about you and me," I replied, then added, "and Jake." I then explained to him that I was still in love with Jake and needed him back. He understood and was happy with being friends. He also agreed to help me in any way to get Jake back.

That morning, we watched for Jake, but he never came. The bell rang and we had to go to our homerooms and we still hadn't seen Jake!

At lunch, I was surprised to see Jake in the cafeteria after not seeing him at all during the day. Cameron noticed him, too and we both approached him at the same time.
