Chapter 12: Jelousy & Incidents

Ayako's POV

I finished preparing the teriyaki burger and I checked on
Imayoshi-Kun if he was finished making the onion gratin soup but he had a dazed face on looking at something

I peeked behind his shoulder and plopped my head on his shoulder to see what he was looking at.... It was just a window what's so interesting about a window anyway??? (Wait! there's a tree..)

"Imayoshi-Kun?"

He snapped out of his daze and looked to my side where I was leaning my chin on his shoulders.
He was thinking for a while but smiled anyway but it was different it was like a cocky smile he isn't just a gentlemen after all

"I'm already done making it, shall we go tell them to eat? They'd probably still be arguing"

I smiled and nodded

It was around 6:00am now it's been two hours since I've woke up.

'Geez...... It's been two hours already time sure flies past when your with someone'

Yes it is true I said 'with someone' because I've been living alone for sometime now ever since i wanted to reach my dream I became independent and wanted to prove myself so I left home of course it took some convincing to my parents so that I can leave but I made it anyway I'm not sure if they're proud of me. No hard feelings. No hard feelings. I didn't notice I was already drifting into space.......

I snapped out of my daze when I felt something warm wrap around my hand grabbing it gently. I turned my head and saw It was Imayoshi

"You comin-"

I felt something at the back of my knee causing me to fall backward I lost my grip on Imayoshi's hand he wasn't gripping tightly from the start but it felt warm....... but that isn't the case right now I'm falling backwards I closed my eyes waiting for the impact when I felt a pair of arms holding my waist and back.

I opened my eyes just a tiny fracture when I saw black hair and a blue jacket. I opened my eyes fully and saw it was Kaijō's captain Kasamatsu. A mix of surprise and shock filled my face he rarely even gets to girls barely even talks to them! But it seems he didn't notice he was closing his eyes too.

He opened his eyes and shock filled his face his whole face turning beet red

"Ahhhhh!!!"

He screamed and removed his hands from my waist I was falling again I looked around time seemed so slow. I saw Akashi standing up from his chair ready to catch me and Imayoshi also about to catch me but Kasamatsu had his eyes wide and he was closer so he grabbed my hand but it was too late I was close to the ground so i pulled him down with me

PWAK!!

I hit the ground but my head fell on something smooth I saw Kasamatsu right in front of me faces barely even inches apart his hand was at the back of my head and his arm was around my waist again and even more was the position were in.

I turned my head, Kise and Aomine stopped fighting I noticed. Imayoshi nearly dropped the soup he was holding but catches it and placed it on the table. Akashi had his hands on his pocket and seemed to be glaring? At Kasamatsu? But why?

I looked back at Kasamatsu and his face was still beet red and when I turned my head our lips brushed briefly for a moment his face was beet red again even darker. I don't get it but I was blushing in embarrassment in the position were in we just stared at each other eyes wide
