SNOW: Egeria, now that Mr Heavensbee has betrayed us for those... rabble in District Thirteen, I belive it is necessary to make an announcement to the Districts about this so-called Revolution and its ramifications for them and the Capitol.
EGERIA: Yes sir. Shall I write it for you?
SNOW: Simply transcribe my words for me.
EGERIA: Of course, sir. (LEAVES ROOM)
