Chapter three.

The next morning I woke up in his bed, it was strange to wake up in another guy's room after all those years of waking up in Brandon's bed. I looked to my left and saw Jake, sleeping like a baby, so calm... I took my phone and saw the clock, it was 11:30am and it was time to leave.

Jake: something's wrong? -he asked when I got up from the bed looking for my clothes.

Jenn: I should go home asap

Jake: you're not staying for breakfast?

Jenn: it's kinda late...

Jake: late? It's 11:30am Jenn! C'mon let me make you some breakfast! -he said excited getting up from the bed.

Jenn: well... I dunno... -he kissed me in the neck and walked to the kitchen.

Jake: c'mon I know how to make yummy breakfasts! -he yelled from the kitchen.

Jenn: ok I'll stay -I smiled walking to the kitchen too.

Jake: cool -he said while making breakfast.

Jenn: is this your mom? -I asked looking at a picture on a table.

Jake: yeah, I'm really close to her -he smiled.

Jenn: that's cool... I hardly get to see my mom

Jake: why?

Jenn: she lives in Paris, I go there once a year to see her and spend some time together

Jake: that... sucks -he said while sitting in the table.

Jenn: I know... but I try not to think about it -I smiled.

Jake: yeah, you don't have to think about bad things

Jenn: thanks -I hugged him.

A couple of weeks passed, I was still going to the filming with Jason but as usual I wasn't able to talk to Logan too much, it was almost impossible with his eyes, his face, his smile, his voice... I was lost in my thoughts when Jason's break came.

Jason: I can't believe you didn't tell me you were dating Jake!

Jenn: what?! -I said confused.

Jason : look -he shows off a teen magazine where a picture of Jake and I holding hands appeared.

Jenn: um...

Jason: I suppose your date went well, you never told me anything after it

Jenn: I'm sorry... I was too worried about school stuff

Jason: yeah I barely see you here, you come late, you leave early and we almost don't talk during breaks, what's wrong?

Jenn: Nothing I've been too stressed that's all, and I wanted to have my time with him to see how it went...

Jason: but dating?

Jenn: we're not oficially together you know

Jason: Also I don't get why you haven't asked Logan for a date yet

Jenn: what?! Are you nuts?! -I said blushing.

Jason: you can try, right?

Jenn: no...

Jason: Jenn I don't recognize you, this is not you at all, you barely talk to him, you stare at him the whole day... I think it would be a great idea, and he would definitely go out with you, he's kinda shy... if you don't ask him he won't ask you.

Jenn: what if he's not interested?

Jason: you won't know unless you ask, give it a try -he smiled and walked away.
