Thomas POV:

Ki Hong and I are at the first home football game fro the season. I run the school photography and Ki Hong runs the school newspaper. We are working together for the football game to get the story. But mostly, I'm here to see my crush, Dylan O'Brien, the head Quarterback. He probably wouldn't even want to be with me, because:

1. He's straight.

2. He is the most popular guy in school.

3. He probably doesn't even know I exist.

Then there's me gay and not popular.

I have known I was gay since Freshman year and now I'm a Senior in High School.

"Thomas," Ki Hong said, shaking my shoulder and out of my thoughts.

"Yeah?" I ask.

"You were thinking of Dylan, weren't you?" He asked.

"Yeah. Why can't I be a somebody?" I asked.

"Thomas, you are a somebody," Ki Hong said.

"If I were a somebody, I would have a better chance of being with Dylan," I said.

"Hey, Dylan will notice you. Then, BAM, you two will be dating," he said.

"I guess," I paused, "lets talk about this after the game."

The whistle blew and the kickoff started and the players were scrambling in different positions to get the ball. Dylan, number 10, caught the ball and was running past the other players. Dylan made a touchdown!

"Go Dylan!!!" I yelled.

To my surprise, Dylan looked in my direction. AND, I swear I saw him smile at me!

"Thomas, Dylan's smiling at you," Ki Hong said, pointing towards Dylan.

I looked around to see if he was smiling at someone else. No one. I looked back and saw Dylan chuckling.

Dylan's POV:

I made the first touchdown and heard the crowd cheer. I heard someone shout more than anyone; it was the photographer, Thomas.

Thomas. How would I describe him? He's quite, smart, cute, and not mine. I wish he was mine though. He probably doesn't like me that way though.

As he was cheering, I smiled and chuckled. That asian kid, Ki Hong Lee, pointed at me and Thomas looked. He saw me smiling at him, but he looked around then looked at me again. He's so cute.

Thomas' POV:

I started taking pictures of of the game, mostly Dylan though.

It was finally half time and Ki Hong went up to the head cheerleader, Kaya Scodelario. As for me, I went to the concessions stands to get some water and popcorn.

I went up to the window and asked the lady for what I wanted. She brought back my popcorn and water and gave her $10. The lady walked back to the cash boxs to get me my change.

"Keep the change," I said.

"But this is a $9.25 tip," she said.

"I know," I said smiling.

"Well, thank you," she said smiling.

As I was walking towards the my seat, I bumped into someone.

"I'm so sorry," I said urgently. All I heard was laughing. I looked up and say, Dylan O'Brien.

"It's fine, really. I actually wanted to talk to you," Dyaln said.

"Y-You wanted to talk to m-me?" I stuttered.

He chuckled and said, "yeah. I heard you cheering for me, more than anyone."

"O-Oh. You heard that?" I asked.

He chuckled and replied, "yeah, I really appreciate it."

"I-It's not pr-problem," I replied.

"Well, I better go back to the team. See ya, Thomas," Dylan said walking away.

He... he knew my name.

Dylan's POV:

I saw Thomas at the consession stands and walked up to him. I walked in front of him and he ran into me, which I remarked with a chuckle.

"I'm sorry," he said urgently.

I started laughing, which he looked up surprised. "It's fine, really. I actually wanted to talk to you," I said.

"Y-You wanted to talk to m-me?" He asked, stuttering.

I chuckled at his nervousness and said, "yeah. I heard you cheering for me, more than anyone."

"O-Oh. You heard that?" He asked.

I chuckled and replied, "yeah, I really apprciate it."

"I-It's no pr-problem," he replied.

"Well, I better go back to the team. See ya, Thomas," I said leaving.

He looked really surprised that I knew his name, but saying his name just made me feel happy. He makes me happy.

Thomas' POV:

As I was walking to my seat, I couldn't stop thinking of him saying my name. I liked him saying my name; it sounded right.

I sat down at my seat, then 10 seconds later Ki Hong ran up to me.

"I saw you talking to Dylan," he said wiggling his eyebrows.

"Yeah," I said carefully.

"What did he say?" He asked.

"He just said thanks for cheering for him," I said.

"I bet he likes you," he said.

"Yeah, sure," I said.

"He does!" Ki Hong said.

"Whatever," I said. brushing it off.

The game started again, which I started taking pictures... of Dylan.

*Skip game*

They won, 47-26. In my opinion, it was all Dylan who won it for them.

Ki Hong and I got up and walked towards the players and coach to get the details of the game and pictures. We walked towards them and Dylan ran up to me and wrapped both of his arms around my waist. Then he did the least expecting, he kissed me... on the lips. I was taken back, but I kissed back. My crush, Dylan, kissing me. Kissing the quiet unpopular kid. The kiss was passionate and slow. Kissing him was the best feeling. Forget butterflies, I had a whole zoo in my stomach.

He broke the kiss and connected our foreheads. "I love you, Thomas."

"I-I love you too, Dylan," I said.

"Would you like to go on a date this Saturday?" He asked.

"I-I would love t-to," I replied.

He gave me one last kiss and joined the rest of his team.

"I saw that," Ki Hong said from behind me, smirking.

I was blushing like mad, "I loved every second of it."

"So, are you two dating?"

"Well... I don't know. He asked me out on a date for this Saturday," I said smiling.

"Trust me, he'll ask you out then," Hi Hong said.

And Ki Hong is never wrong.
