I woke up to Joe snoring beside me.

Wait! What?! How? When? Huh?!

I was so confused. I shot up realizing I was in joes house. How did I get here? I had so many questions without any answers! I felt shifting behind me. Joe had awoken. He looked around as if he had no idea why I was here either. He looked as if he was thinking about something before he said," last night you passed out at the bar, I picked you up and I brought you here," he said. I gave him a questioning look. "Oh I don't know where lee lives." He replied.

Silence

Too much silence

I hate silence

So...

I screamed.

It was too quiet, so the only solution to that was noise.

Joe laughed at me. "What was that for?" He said still laughing. "Too quiet silly billy!" I replied starting to break into fits of laughter.

I realized I was still on his lap so I got up and headed for the door. "Where are you going?" He asked. "Home." I said blankly. He looked bewildered. "Joe, you brought this on yourself, you stared that fight and I ended it, but I did want to tell you Joe that I will be back. You can get into another relationship I don't care. Just know that I will always love you, and when I come back I will love you still." I said. I thought it sounded a bit confusing but he nodded his head and I headed out the door. When I got to the end of the driveway I looked back at the house. Bad idea. It made me burst into tears. I started running like I did so many times before.

I gritted my teeth. I clenched my fists wanting to break something.

I arrived in front of lees house. I looked at it and shook my head. I couldn't go in. I found a scrap of paper and a pen and wrote a note. I left my small purse on the doorstep with the note. It read: lee, I'll be back. I'm okay don't worry. I just need to get some things off my mind. I need to run. But I'll be back by tomorrow. Promise.

And with that, I ran. I didn't know where I was going but I ran. Run you need to run run faster faster faster farther away your problems will disappear RUN! My mind seemed to tell me. I ran faster with every beating second. Faster... I fell leaving my knee to bleed. This didn't seem to matter though, I got up and kept running. Faster and faster. I ended up right outside of Melanie's house.

I wish I never saw what I saw.
