"Joe what happened back there?" Beth asked me once we woke up. "Beth, 10 years ago there was 2 murders. The police went back there and found their bodies. One police officer was killed. The other two made it out just in time. The man was about 82 years old so he's 92 this year. Nobody can find him because of how dense the plants are. Some people have seen him limping around back there but he never comes out. Because of his age and his condition he shouldn't be too much of a harm and he should die soon but still you should never underestimate what people can do." She looked at her feet. "Wow I had no idea. He did start limping towards us. Thank god I have some muscle or heather probably would be with him right now." She said. She looked worried. "It's okay, you're safe with me." And I meant it
