I was so tired. I thought everything that happened yesterday happened so fast. Beth came in basically scarred Melanie for life, saved me, ran home, and now she's sleeping in the same bed as me. LIFEEE! It was so confusing. I didn't want to wake Beth so I reached for my phone and checked it. There was a message from squid: hey stamps, I know it's a lot to ask but could I come and stay with you? I found some info about Melanie  that isn't good and I need a place to stay. Pleaaaaseeeee mate? Thanks.

I had completely forgotten that squid was Melanie's boyfriend. I guess I got so caught up in her raping me hehe that I had forgotten. I quickly texted back: of course! We have ALOT to talk about.

And once he was there it seemed like all we did was talk. I hadn't really talked to him since he move out to live with Melanie. I explained about mine and Beth's fight, how she left, how she was drunk, how she saved me the next day, and how we now are back together. He stared at me for a while. "Wow." I missed a lot I guess!" He said. "Yeah.." I said with a chuckle. Just as we finished talking Beth came down the stairs rubbing her head. "What happened?," I asked. "I fell out of bed.," she gave me a half smile. "Wow!, brilliant!," said squid clapping and laughing along with me. "So squids back?," she asked with a grin. "YES!" Squid and I shouting in unison. "YAY!!!" She screeched jumping up on the other couch and doing a silly dance. I laughed. I missed her. I Hadn't realized how much I had missed her. Of course, I spent most of that time trying to drink away my pain. It didn't work. I walked over and picked her up carrying her over to where squid and I sat and placed her gently on my lap. She sighed and smiled leaning her head against my chest. "I missed this." She said. "I did too." I replied. Squid had gone to the guest bedroom to unpack so we were left alone. I leant in and kissed her. "Wine?" I asked. "Wine." She replied hopping off the couch and heading toward the fridge.

Maybe we had too much...
