Cake
I wanted to make Yamada a cake. I never saw him eating sweet things, and it was the day after his big sale.
I scurried into the kitchen, and took out the cookbook from my backpack that I had purchased from the book store. The cover was pink, and had cute bear designs on it. It was a bit girly, but I enjoyed cute things.
I took out the ingredients, and began cooking right away. I looked at my watch. It was noon. Today was Yamada's day off. He's at his office right now. I was even lucky enough that he would invite me to his house. We had only been dating for a while, but he seems pretty open with me. He was still really reserved, but I do enjoy the mystery.
I couldn't figure out what lb meant. I felt like a failure as a twenty-eight year old. I am so embarrassed. I had to pull out Google, and I found out it meant one pound. I blushed at my lack of common sense.
I started putting in the flour, eggs, and butter. I mixed it, but it became tiring after a while. I heard the door opening, and I panicked.
Yamada stood at the doorway of the kitchen, and looked at me, one brow shot up. "What are you doing?" He pushes the strand of hair away from his face.
Yamada is so handsome. I couldn't take my eyes off of him. His hair is always so perfectly slicked back, leaving only that one strand drooping in the front, but that piece made him even more irresistible. His dress shirt was slightly unbuttoned, but still tucked in his pants. His long lashes gazed at me along with his dark jet black eyes.
"M-making a cake." I said nervously.
He forms a barely noticeable grin, and goes towards the bowl. He looks down at it, and fetches a cup. He fills the cup up with a tiny bit with water, and dumped it in the bowl. "You are having trouble mixing because it's too dry. Can't you tell?"
"I mean...it says one cup." I looked down.
"Yeah, but you added too much flour for it to only be one cup."
"Oh I'm sorry. This is my first time."
"It's okay." He smiles a small one, and my heart skipped a beat. "Here, use the mixer instead." He pulls the mixer out from the cabinet.
"Thank you!" I smiled brightly, and went to plug it in. I turned it on, and dipped it in the mixture. The mixture flew everywhere, and Yamada quickly tugs the plug off.
"Whoa..." He looks down to his shirt, and hair which had drippy mixture in it.
"I'm so sorry!" I ran to get some paper towels.
He chuckles lightly. "It's okay. My fault for not explaining how to use it."
I wiped his face, and he looks away quickly. I ran my tongue across his cheek, and he pushes me away. "What are you doing?!"
"You taste sweet." I blushed.
"That is disgusting." He blushes.
"That isn't what your face is telling me." I kissed his cheek.
"You're too much for me..." He smiles embarrassingly.
"I want to give you more then you deserve." I held his hand.
"Thank you." He smiles sincerely.
I'm so in love with you Seiji Yamada. You have no idea.

"This cake is....." Yamada looked almost disturbed by the final product.
The cake wasn't even evenly proportional. It had a weird slant to it. It looks like a high heel shoe that was cheaply made. I was so embarrassed, and my frosting job was terrible with many uneven portions of cream.
"I'm sorry, you don't have to eat this." I frowned.
"I want to. You made it for me didn't you?"
"Yes, but."
"No buts. Thank you Kyou." He takes a bite, and smiles. "It may look odd, but it tastes good." He smiles slightly.
"Really?!" I was ecstatic.
"Yes. Thank you." He winks, and my boy womanhood was dancing, and blushing.
~~~~~~
"Uhg...." Yamada threw up again.
"You lied! You said it was good!" I whined.
"It probably was, but I hate sweets." He frowns.
"Idiot! Why didn't you tell me?!" I held him.
"Because I enjoyed watching you cook like a housewife for me." He winks.
My chest beats fast. He always knows how to swoon me. God Yamada, I adore you so much.
