"Good, God, where am I?" Chase said, talking to Esach, the little voice in his head. Esach was like a little demon poking at his brick wall of sanity with a wooden twig. Slowly, slowly chipping away at his sanity, telling him to lose control.
"Where are Aaron and Jayden?" He said, looking around. He appeared to be in an abandoned building, like an old college, with all the dorms and stuff. He began to slowly stride towards the nearest dorm. The carpet was a strange red color, and the surprisingly well- lit walls were a yellow-ish color. The hallway seemed to go on, then end abruptly. He came to the first dorm.
"Hello?" He asked, a little suspicious that nobody was here. Esach had been yammering non-stop since they 'arrived' here. However they got here. Chase entered the room, and heard a dripping noise. He looked into the closet of the old yellow and red room. Nothing but old jackets and pants. He looked around the living room, and upon him looking in a drawer, finding a 22. pistol with several magazines, he heard a voice.
"Urrrrghhhhhh.... Rgghhhhhh..." The voice moaned. Chase was now beginning to consider running. He picked up the gun, checked to make sure it was loaded, and grabbed the magazines full of 22. ammo. He slowly, ever so slowly, made his way to the bathroom, his gun out in front of him. He kicked open the door. At 5'6', 150, and muscular, he was fairly large for his age, 13. He saw nothing unusual at first, until he tore open the shower curtain. Behind the curtain was a mangled, gnarled human body. It was evidently still alive, as it was thrashing about, the chain connected to the showerhead straining at times. It whipped its head around at Chase and screeched like a banshee. It strained against the chain, with such strength that it broke off of the showerhead an fell onto Chase. Chase fired off two rounds into the chest and arm of the creature, killing it. The momentum was not stopped, however, as it fell onto Chase. Chase heaved off the monstrous thing of a human, surprised at the weight of the thing. Chase instantly got up and ran out of the room at full speed. He tripped and fell, slapping his face on the cold, hard floor. He woke up.
