Ephemeral

Endless promises that your voice had sounded,
Fragments of my petals flew and nowhere to be founded.
My pretty yet brittle and fragile leaves had landed,
All because of your forever love that has ended.

You take good care of me ever since I am a bud,
Look at me, I am growing while you are growing bad.
You used to water me, did you already forgot?
Please come back and hold my hand, I just miss you a lot.

I became crushed, stepped, broken by man who don't care.
Without you, my lungs will die of nothing to respire.
I'm about to disappear and I need you right here.
An old you seems invisible now and quite rare.

Am I a forgotten and useless non-immortal?
What am I doing? You're happy, I should not exist.
Got no one to blame except me for giving you trust.
Still, it's a love that lasted for a second, I call.

Once upon a time I desire to bloom with glee.

Not a happy ending and I have grown some thorn.

I am prickly causing folks to move so sadly.

This nostalgia will always stay and will reborn.

You may forget but I will always remember,
The minute I made you smile when I had appear.
The moment we shared each other's felicity.
I will be keeping it until eternity.

I will not mind the pain anymore,
I may weep until the deepest core.
But nothing will change nor remain.
Now I realize the worth of pain.

I can say that I have moved on.
I can now smile at every dawn.
It was a problem just like Math.
Thanking God for crossing our path.

The story of us that ended with bliss.
The wind blew and came giving us a kiss.
That's showing sweetness after bitterness.
Here we are now, blessed with happiness.
