Luke stared out of the massive hospital window, watching the dainty tangerine leaves fall from the sturdy trunks as the crisp air flew in like a ballerina through the large hospital window.
"mr hemmings you are being discharged today" michael teased in the voice of a nurse
Luke remained silent.
"lukeeeeeeeeeeeee don't ignore me you asshole" Michael persisted
Luke glanced at him with an uninterested look
"Luke what the fuck is wrong please answer me?!"
"mikey, please just leave..."
and so he did, leaving the room with a deafening silence filled with loneliness
