A very pregnant skylar laid in her king size bed cuddled up next to her 1 year old curly head toodler who was currently drooling up the plush pillow his head was resting on.

Running her hand threw his wild curls skylar sighed and felt a light thumb in her belly as she smiled and rubbed it " hi baby" she whispered to her daughter who was 2 weeks late.

Sitting up in her bed she felt a very sharp pain in her lower back and she took a deep breath hoping it was just an uncomfortable feeling until she felt it again and she looked at the clock on the side table draw and took another deep breath..

Five quiet minutes went by again as she felt the pain in the pressure in her lower abdomen.

Leaning forward as she cried sliently she grabbed her cell and went to call log and dialed the first number holding the phone to her ear:

"Ring ring"
"Hello" john's deep voice answered

" im in labor" was all she can get out before a gush of fluid soaked up her bed.

" im on my way" was all he said as he hung up the phone.

Trying to stand up but failing forced more tears upon her face. She tried once more an succeeded using the wall as her clutch and slowly walked to her closet hoping to find a dress or something..

It was getting cool outside but it wasnt fall just close to it. Pulling off her tshirt and throwing it upon the grown and slipping the long polo nightgown on and grabbing her jean jacket she didnt care but she was set.

Hearing the bedroom door open she sighed in relief " im right her john" she yelled out as his face appeared in the door way.

" you ready" he asked me his face was kinda pale but seemed to be holding up just for me.

" yes grab rj" i said as i waddled out of the closet and grabbing my chanel duffle bag from the chair by the door and walked out with john in toll i knew raydon is gonna flip when he finds out.

I knew he wanted to be here when she was born but me and him didnt have that kind of lucky faith just wasnt on our side.

I was sitting in my cell reading this book that caught my eye called ((A loves karma by s.johnson))when i heard a tap on my cell and my head popped up i stared at the c.o confused.

" wassup officer poden you need something"i asked her as she smiled brightly at me.

" your wife called about an hour ago she is in labor with your daughter i wasnt suppose to come say anything but you dont give me no problems" she said as i smiled at her i was happy but sad also i wouldn't be their for her arrival.

" thanks po you the big hommie for that" i said as she blushed in walked away. I think she have a thing for me but i never allowed these thirst traps to catch my eye i fucked up once and im not doing that again.

I laided back on my bunk and smiled to myself my princess will be here before the night is out.

"Happy birthday royalty" i whispered to no one in particular..

As the doctors prep her after checking her realizing she was 9 centimeters dilated. skylar glanced over at a tired looking john he was truly a great friend to raydon in her he stood by her for the remander of this pregnancy no matter how crazy she became and she know she woke him up just so he can be by her side and here for her.

" thank you john" skykar whispered as her eyes teared she raised her arm which felt extra heavy because of the iv inside of it.

" sky you family dont ever think you arent shit raydon held me down on many occasions when i needed to make moves he would keep amerie when i was down in out my lil bro helped me through it so its nothing sky" john told her as she broke down sliently but stopped as she screamed out.

The doctors in nurses rushed inside the room opening skylars legs to check her. " she crowning" the head doctor said as he told skylar to push one more time.

As she took a deep breath and pushed with all her might until she suddenly felt light a high pitched scream came to in the delievery room.

The nurses rushed to clean the newborn off as the doctor finished with skylar.

One of the nurses brought the baby over to her mother when she placed the baby in her arms skylar cried because at how much she looked like raydon and rj just a brownskin version she had a head full of curly locks and a chubby round face.

Her daughter look up at her and smiled as she closed her grayish green eyes.

"Royal johnna williams" skylar announced as the nurse with the clip board wrote down the name and walked away.

Looking up skylar smiled at john " uncle john come hold your god daughter " skylar said as john suddenly got tear eyed but like the tough man he portrayed he manned up as skylar threw him a knowing look.

" you named her after me" john asked as she smiled passing royal to her god father as she snuggled closer in his arms.
" yea why not you been here threw it all always having our backs were family..why you dont like it " she asked uncertain.

Without words john placed a kiss upon his god daughters forehead as skylar closed her eyes as she was feeling drained in tired a wave of sadness filled her she was missing him and she felt alone...

If this is what life witout raydon felt like she didnt want no part of it...
