I woke up to my alarm that was playing IDGAF by Dua Lipa. I got up and went straight to the bathroom. I took off my mask then took a long, hot shower. I blow dry my hair and put it into a messy bun. I changed into light blue skinny jeans, a black crop top that shows off a little bit of my midriff, and black strap sandals.
I walk downstairs to eat breakfast; I ate toast with strawberry jam and orange juice. I then walk upstairs to brush my teeth. I tie up half my hair up. I fill in my eyebrows, put on eyeliner with the wing and Chapstick. I apply deodorant and perfume. I put my supplies and wallet into my school bag and grab and unplug my charging phone and car keys.
I walk downstairs. "Christian! Did you leave yet?" I yell.
"No, I'm in the garage." He yells back.
I walk to where he is. "So we riding together or we taking separate cars?"
"Up to you." He answers.
Christian and I were close. We even look similar. We had the same light brown hair and similar facial features. He was muscular and tall though while I stood up to 5'4" and seemed fit. I had hazel eyes from my mom and he had my dad's forest green eyes.
"Are you going to sign up for any sports or clubs?" I ask.
"Yeah, sports. Clubs? No. You know me already Krissy." He chuckles. "I'm sporty and you're just both."
I just nod.
"So we riding together or not?"
"We are." We got into the car and then soon pull up to our new school.
"Krissy?"
"Yeah?"
"If anyone bothers you or hits on you or bullies you, let me know. I'll always be there for you." My brother assures me.
"I know Christian. I will." I smiled and he engulfs me into a hug.
We got out of the car and everyone turned their attention to us. The girls glare at me while the guys smirk. The girls check out my brother and the guys gave him a head nod or talk amongst their friends.
We walk to the office.
"Hi, I'm Kristine Lawson and this is my brother Christian. May we please have our locker number and combinations and schedules?" I smile sweetly.
"Right, I'll be back with your schedules and information." The old lady grins. "I'm Mrs. Connor, by the way."
She hands us our things and I smile once again. "Thank you, Mrs. Connor."
We walk out of the office.
"How is that everybody finds you like able?" My brother whines.
"I don't know, but I know that some girls don't like me." I roll my eyes.
"Don't let them get to you." He smiles and I nod back. He left me to find his locker and I did that same. I found locker #284 and open it.
I put in my extra supplies and looked for the science lab since chemistry was my first class.
"Hey! Kristine!" Someone yells from behind me.
