I had a dream. It was plain. Everything I can see was a strange shade of white. I was wandering around aimlessly and frustratingly found nothing--not a single strand of hair. All I heard were my own footsteps that touched the floor.

What is this place?

A bright light suddenly flickered on, blurring my vision. I instinctively covered my eyes with the back of my hand. It was shining upon me, calling me to come towards it, pulling me into its warm and radiant glow. I slowly walked to its source.

Is this the LIGHT?

But a voice stopped me "It is not your time yet my child." he had a mighty low tone that struck me as a high person of honor. It echoed throughout the vast space of nothing. I frowned confusingly to what he said. The vapor around me vanished as it got sucked by what seemed like a giant whirlpool of air and everything went pitch black, dark as the endless seams of the night.

Did someone clip off my wings? Because I feel like I'm falling a thousand feet above the ground.
