His POV:
When I was younger I always wondered what being in love would be like. What finding the one would feel like. Would I know it when I got it or would I miss it as it passed by?

I didn't know the first time that I met her. Or the second or the third. I don't know when she became so important to me, but she did. Somewhere in the blur of slowly becoming friends and unraveling each other, I guess.

I don't know what it is about her. I thought I would. I thought I had a pretty good gist of what she'd be like. She's not "my type", but that's what makes her so great. She's nothing like I day dreamed, she's a totally different story, which is great cause who wants to live the same story?

I don't remember what falling in love with her was like. I just remember one day I liked the color of her eyes and how she did her hair and the things that she was passionate about and the sound of her laugh and loving her had nothing to do with me at first, but rather appreciating the work of art that God had made her into be.

I don't remember when I knew that she was the one. I guess it was somewhere in between missing her the second that she was gone and never wanting to be with anyone else. Maybe it was realizing that being in her presence gave me goose bumps or that she was everything that I thought perfect was and how undeniably deep I was stuck in love with her.

I didn't see her coming, I didn't bet on us, I didn't pray for her, (although she's worth praying 100 years for) I haven't known her since I was a child and I didn't meet her on some family vacation.

She was just that sassy girl in my ninth grade geography class that slightly sparked my interest and as I got to know her, I came to love her and all that she is.

I would never be able to tell you what falling in love is like or how you know that they're the one. But I can tell you that once you're in love you know and once you find the one one, you know.
