(To clear things! Sorry about my mistake on the first chapter. Minho just returned to the glade while Lin was still in the box. It just came later :) Now on to the story!)
As if Lin could here the fireworks bursting in mid day; they didn't. Lin was practically hypnotized by Minho's dark eyes, it completely captivated her.
He was tan and lean. Tall and strong looking. Lin couldn't help but feel a strange attraction towards the Asian. He was a stranger. But yet, Lin felt like she's known this boy for ages.
"So what's your name Greenie?" Minho asked. The females head shot up at the question. "My name's Lin." She replied. Minho smiled down at her, pocketing his hands in his jeans. "Lin? Nice name."
"There she is." Someone said from behind Minho and Lin. Both turned to see a dark skinned male who had crossed arms and a stern, mature-like face. He walked closer to them and held his hand out to the girl.
"Name's Alby." He greeted. Lin hesitantly shook the boys hand, nervousness already taking control of her body.
"So, do you know your name yet?" He questioned with one raised eyebrow. "I'm Lin." She answered.
Alby nodded, satisfied that she already remembered her name. "Alright. Welcome to the glade then. We'll get things settled starting tomorrow. Minho, get her a hammock. If she's hungry, take her to the kitchen. I'll see you both later." With that said, Alby walked away. Minho gently grabbed onto Lin's arm and ushered her to a spare hammock.
"This is where you sleep. I'll give you some extra blankets after you get something to eat." Said the teen.
The silence was comfortable as they walked together. "Minho?" Lin called. Minho only hummed in response to show that he was listening to the female. "Why do you seem.. familiar to me?" She questioned in curiosity. Minho's eyes widened. 'She knows me?' Was the only question that raced through his head. He stiffly shrugged and replied quietly. "Our old lives probably. We must've been acquaintance's before." Lin grinned widely. "Then I'm glad that I got to meet you again."

During dinner, Lin sat at the edge of a wooden table with Minho to her right. She ate her food slowly, chewing in a turtle like pace. "So Greenie, what's your name?" Newt asked. Everyone at the table turned to look at her. She blushed at the attention and muttered her name. Ben, one of the runners, frowned at her shyness.
"Aye, you don't have to be shy. We're all friendly here, no ones gonna hurt you. So what is your name girly?" He said roughly. Newt slapped the back of Ben's head lightly. "Don't be harsh on her. She probably doesn't remember her name yet."
Lin smiled at the two boys as they bickered back and forth. "My name is Lin." She spoke loud enough for everyone at the table to hear.
Newt beamed at the girl. "Lin? Short and simple. I like it." He then stood from his seat, along with Minho. "We gotta go, there's been a call for a council meeting. So Ben will watch over you for now." Minho stated. Both the two men walked off.
"You done yet?" Ben inquired in an annoyed way. Lin slightly glared at his behavior. "Yes." She retorted as she stocked off to put her dish away.
Siggy(Frypan) watched as Ben and Lin had already taken a disliking to each other. Lin walked up to Siggy and bowed in a thanking manner. "Thank you for cooking our meal. It was delicious."
The cook chuckled at her, feeling happy that he received a complement about his cooking. Ben rolled his eyes. "Whatever. Let's go girly." He demanded. The Greenie crossed her arms, clearly irritated at him.
"Is it weird that I think you guys are suited for being brother and sister?" Siggy asked, interrupting Ben and Lin's glaring battle.
"Shut it!" Both Yelled in unison.

-This chapter is basically just some interaction between Lin and the gladers. Just so you know how Lin will act towards other people in the future. Sorry that this chapter was short. I'll make sure that the next chapter will be a bit longer :) Anyway! If you liked this, please comment something that you liked. Thank you for reading!
