I walked over to the right wall and pulled out my bed and flopped down on the mattress. I closed my eyes and was sinking into the foam layer of the mattress. I just let myself forget about all my work. It was 4:38 so I had a while before lunch which was served at 5:30.

My head sinks into my pillow and it seems to absorb any stress I had left in me from the unforeseen visit of the principal. I'm way too impatient to teach a blind girl her way around our school. But, I must. I have to prove my loyalty to my studies. If there is one thing I want to do with my life, it is to be able to control my ability. What does teaching a blind girl to guide herself have to do with my Accepting? Well, anyway, I had to do it and there was no way of getting out of it.
