“Doctor, are you sure it is safe to operate? She has been in a coma for 2 weeks, she may die.” I heard a woman’s voice ask scared.

“Yes.’ A man answered with a rough tone, ‘if we want the genetic material from the hunter’s gene we must operate. If she dies, she dies.” He replied.

It went silent besides a beeping sound; it was my heart rate on a monitor. I tensed my body and felt two sharp things inside my skin at the crease of my elbows.

I felt my anger begin to rise, needles… there are needles in my arms! I felt the needle get pushed out of my arms and my body flexed.

“What’s going on!” the woman shouted and I felt a hands pressing down on my arms and legs but that wasn’t going to stop me.

My eyes snapped open; I was temporarily blinded by the bright lights but looked down and saw 3 doctors looking at me. Two had my legs and arms down; the other was holding a needle ready to stab it into me.

I twisted my legs making them hit their face against the metal chair I was on. I ripped the restraints and the doctor came at me with the needle I pulled the woman on my arms in front of me and she screamed out as she was injected with it.

I grabbed the needle from his hand and pulled air into the needle then stabbed it into his neck pressing the air into his body.

I pushed the girl off of me then sat up looking around. I saw I was naked; I got up and grabbed the clothing from the girl that got the needles and looked around. There had to be a way out; people were going to notice in a few minutes.

I searched the guy I killed with air and found a cardkey. I was about to run out when I saw my knife behind glass. I pulled open the door grabbing my knife and ran to the door.

I swiped the key and it beeped a green and opened. I passed a window and saw that my body was pale, I looked sick.

I looked down a hall and saw all of them had a clip board. I waited for two to walk down the hallway I was in and I slid their throat taking their keys and clip boards. I pushed them into the room where I came from and kept my head down as I acted like I read the thing.

My eyes widened as I saw a picture of Lilly on here. I turned around going the direction they were going and I heard screaming.

I kept my pace so I didn't stand out. I made it down the hall and found everyone that was kidnapped in cages.

I used the key getting in and they looked surprised to see me. I saw ester and she gasped, “Rain!” I put a finger to my lips and used the key to open all of the doors.

They all came out quietly and I held back the regret as I saw the people we were missing was the two girls that were torn in half.

I looked around, “Where is Lilly?” I whispered to ester. She frowned, “I don't know.” She looked down in anger and shame. I looked on the wall and saw there was an exit nearby.

“Here take this card key, it should get you out, walk quickly and kill anyone you see before they see you.” I told them and hugged her and gave ester the key I got from the couple in the hallway. They went right while I went left looking at the chart it said they were doing an operation room.

I jogged down the hallway giving silent thank you when there wasn’t an alarm. I passed a room then stopped and covered my mouth.

Lilly was on her belly crying her eyes out and her wings were in machines above her, they were sliced from her back. They are monsters, monsters!

I ran down the hallway not caring anymore, hoping that they got out safely and got to the door I kicked it off the handle and it hit a doctor that had the knife that was used to cut her wings off.
