I was thinking about slowing down on the uploads :/ maybe every other friday, because I'm very busy with marching band, AP Human Geography homework, lots of other things I have to take care of in my life
ITS SO HARD BEING ME!
Anyway, apologies for the delay, enjoy mega-chapter 10!

[Riley's POV]
"Ow! That's too tight!" I pull the gauze wrap off my head and start tying it myself.
Starla had been trying to help bandage my injury from that Team Galactic Grunt, and I appreciate it and all, but her medical skills aren't the best.
The man hit me in my left temple. You could probably imagine how much that hurts.
With the gauze wrapped comfortably around my wound, I stand up to stretch, then pull out my map. I'm ready for my next gym badge!
"Okay" I begin. "The next Gym is in Eterna City, which is just past Floaroma Town, then we have to go through the Eterna Forest."
Starla and Silver's ears prick up hearing the name. "E-Eterna Forest?" The brunette asks fearfully.
Ree nods in my place. He's fixing some bandages around his hands/paws to look cool.
Starla buries her face in Silver's fur, not saying a word. She seems... Afraid, of something. But what?
I decide not to ponder it too long, and continue on the Route.

A sweet, yet fresh scent lingers in the air as I set foot in Floaroma Town. Flowers sway to and fro from the wind, their vibrant colors glistening in the sun.
A small flower shop lies at the center of the town, around the corner from the Pokèmon Center.
Starla's eyes glisten when she sees the small shop. "Oh my gosh! A flower shop! I have to go!"
"W-wait for me!" Ree rushes after her. I shrug. I guess I don't really have a choice. I follow close behind the crew.
The four of us enter the shop and are surprised to see two Team Galactic grunts, smashing everything and crushing all of the berries and flowers.
"Where is it?!" One of the Galactic grunts from before shouts at the shop owner. "Where's the special Honey?!"
The woman, in total awe, says nothing. Not that I can blame her, though. Her own shop, full of amazing looking flowers that could attract anyone, are being crushed and broken one by one.
I step in and raise a fist, eyes flushed with anger. First they hurt me, then vandalize somebody else's property?! I won't let them slide with this one!
"Hey! Back off, before I have to cream you again! Believe me, I don't mind!"
His eyes shoot wide open, as does his partner's. "Yikes! You again?! I'd love to stay and chat, but I, uh, gotta go to an important Grunt convention!"
"Me too! Bye!" They both blitz out of the shop.
Stepping back, and popping my collar for effect, I help the woman off the floor.
"Thank you so much for helping me! I owe you big time! I put almost my entire life into this flower shop!"
"Don't sweat it. Those guys are just lucky I didn't have to send out a Pokèmon."
I walk into a closet and grab a few brooms, handing them out so the four of us can start cleaning up the mess.
